Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko Doków(wystarczy przejsc przez ulice). Połączenie z lotniska komunikacja miejską prawie pod sam hotel. Czysty i zadbany. Minus za malutkie pokoje. Pokoj "rodzinny" tak malutki ze 3 osoby ledwo się mieszczą, brak miejsca na w sumie wszystko. No i temp w pokoju 16-17°, klimatyzacja też wiala tą temperaturą. Przy 4° na zewnątrz to jednak trochę mało jak na pobyt z dziećmi. Poza wielkością pokoju i temperaturą wszystko super.

The location of the hotel is very nice — it's close to the city center, Albert Dock, and the main bus and metro stations. I also have to say that the staff were warm, welcoming, and always smiling, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi and breakfast were absolutely terrible. To be very honest, the Wi-Fi was so bad that I couldn't even reload my emails. The excuse given was that the hotel was at full occupancy, but that makes no sense. If you're offering all rooms for booking, then your Wi-Fi service should be able to handle full occupancy. That’s a really weak and lame excuse. The breakfast was equally disappointing — the same limited options every single day, with not even a small change. I genuinely regretted choosing the breakfast option. I could have gotten a much better breakfast at any nearby bakery.

Świetny widok z pokoj, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, miła obsługa. Do minusów należy niezamykająca się toaleta oraz ubogie, słabo jakościowo śniadanie (jajecznca z proszku, niedopieczone pieczywo, papierowe kiełbaski etc)
