Always stay here it is a lovely friendly clean hotel Staff are friendly check in was easy and straight forward you are close to the town and the marks & Spencer‘s Arena, it’s just five minutes away over the road The only issue is some people are just ignorant and rude that stay here I Got woke up a couple of times by people talking loud as they walk by he room in stead of whispering But don’t let that put you of

I stayed here from January 23rd to January 26th.The room was very clean,shower was great, bed was very comfortable. The staff here are very polite and helpful. Great location for a trip to Liverpool. I would definitely stay here again.Well done to the team at ibis Albert dock!!!

It was our 3rd time staying at this hotel in recent years. We brought our dog with us for the first time. It was our dogs first time in a big city and a hotel. I rang the hotel after booking to see if we could have a quiet room. Upon arrival we got parked straight away and were told we were at the end of the corridor,on the bottom floor away from the lifts and noise. Which suited us fine. Our room was clean and tidy. We know the rooms are basic but as we were only stopping 2 nights it didn't bother us. We had no problems at all with the room. The hotel is in a great location opposite the Docks with plenty of parking. All members of staff we came in to contact with were polite and friendly. We didn't have any problems with some of them not being English. We tried the breakfast Saturday morning which was good. We were happy we could sit in the bar with our dog for food and drinks. Thw drinks prices were ok,there is also a pool table in the hotel. Saturday night we had 2 pizzas which were nice. I wouldnt hesitate to stay in this hotel again and would recommend to anyone. The beds were also v comfy and my dog behaved herself,as there was no noise. I would definitely here again 😀
