Das Hotel liegt super. Sehr sauber. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgewogen und die Qualität außergewöhnlich. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück ist atemberaubend. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Danke für diesen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Stadt. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Das Servicepersonal ist überaus freundlich. Frühstück ist erstklassig, mit dem unbeschreiblich schönen Ausblick auf den Bosporus. Immer wieder gern, würde ich dieses Hotel wählen.

Overall okay-ish stay, but some of the service personal needs better training and skills (in language and customer treatment) During my stay I wanted to have some adjustments in my room (soft topper for the bed and AC check, since it was too hot in my room). After expressing my wish to the receptionist, it was duly noted but in the end of the day did not work out as I had the feeling the receptionist did not really understand my need. Bed was not made and AC still hot. After expressing my wish again, the personal seemed annoyed and I could hear them cursing on me in turkish. Final result: bed was done, AC was working after several attempts but gave me a cold since it was sometimes too warm and too cold - might be a general issue in the hotel. Overall I visited other MGallery Hotels in the world and this one ranks rather low in comparison.
