Ich war sehr zufrieden. Das Hotwl hat ein sehr nettes und freundliches Team, das sehr bemüht war, den Aufenthalt schön zu machen. Alle sehr, sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich großartig und sehr reichhaltig.

Im Rahmen meiner Haartransplantation in Istanbul habe ich in diesem Hotel übernachtet, das von der Klinik, Dr. Serkan Aygin Clinic, aufgrund der kurzen Entfernung von etwa sieben Minuten Fahrzeit ausgewählt wurde. Sowohl das Hotel als auch das gesamte Personal haben einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und bei Fragen jederzeit hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot alles, was ich während meines Aufenthalts benötigt habe. Das Zimmer war angenehm und sauber, zudem hat mir die Lage und die Umgebung des Hotels ebenfalls gut gefallen. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Aufgrund einer Haartransplantation habe ich mir dort ein normales Standard Zimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer befand sind im 4. OG. Es war sehr klein und zur Straße gelegen. Die Fahrzeuge draußen hörte man 24/7. Ich bat dann bei der Rezeption um ein neues Zimmer, weg von der Straße. Stattdessen bekam ich das gleiche Zimmer nur im 8. OG. Leider konnte ich auch hier alles noch gut wahrnehmen, da die Isolierung wohl nicht so gut ist. Dadurch konnte ich mich nicht perfekt nach der OP erholen. Da ich allerdings keine Kraft und Lust hatte, erneut mit dem Personal zu diskutieren, habe ich das für 3 Tage hingenommen. Weiterhin bietet das Hotel wohl Netflix, Amazon Prime und YouTube auf deren TV an. Leider waren nach Aussagen der Mitarbeiter Netflix und Prime nicht funktionsfähig während meines Aufenthalts. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Allerdings würde ich dem Hotel keine 5 Sterne geben, Aufgrund von Nähe und somit Lautstärke der Hauptstraße, Lage, Zimmergröße (sehr kleines, enges Bad mit Dusche). Dusche teils nicht sauber und der gesamt Comfort. Man hat sich einfach nicht wie in einem 5 Sterne Hotel gefühlt, eher gutes 3 - schlechtes 4 Sterne Hotel.
