Our third visit to Reef House was outstanding. Reef House really does feel like a home away from home. We are so grateful to Cedric and his team for the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The standards maintained by housekeeping and the food and beverage team are excellent. The tropical gardens are also a beauty to behold. We appreciate having the availability to refill our drink bottles with chilled filtered water from the tap at the Brigadier’s Bar. The pool butler service is just what the doctor ordered for luxurious, indulgent day relaxing by the pool. We shared some very memorable breakfasts and dinners overlooking the stunning coral sea. We will be dreaming of that mouth watering braised pineapple and ginger jam forever! Please bottle some and send to us in Melbourne! Thank you for everything. We can’t wait to come back for our fourth visit asap!

What a gem we found in The Reef House. It’s been a long time since I stayed at a property with such great customer service. The amount of included activities was great. Enjoyed a great wine tasting and a talk with a veteran marine biologist amongst other things. The meals were also top notch. Has to be the best restaurant in the area hands down. And the staff goes over the top to make sure every need is met with a smile. I can’t say enough and I know we’ll be back.

Could not recommend this place more highly! The staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional and the facilities were amazing with a range of great activities included. The food was excellent and had also been rated very highly by the uber drivers that drove us to and from the resort. We got everything we hoped for and more out of a holiday here, would definitely go again

Great experience! Extra special treatment by the very friendly and professional staff, who treated us like royalty. There were heaps of extras available like push bikes and fishing gear. Great value for money. I would highly recommend for couples.

Amazing, couldn’t fault the hotel and I’ve worked in a few 5 star hotels over the past 30 years. Staff are amazing and we will definitely return. The package inclusions we had were great, we did a complimentary wine appreciation class as well as a cocktail making class. Was a lot of fun.
