We spent a four-day weekend at The Reef House, Palm Cove, celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday, and our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the many thoughtful inclusions that made the experience feel truly special and very relaxing. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on ensuring we were comfortable and well looked after. They consistently went above and beyond, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The Reef House was the perfect place to celebrate such an important milestone. We left feeling thoroughly spoilt and extremely grateful for the care and attention we received. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team — we would highly recommend this beautiful resort and would love to return.

From booking to end of stay it was a great stay - staff very attentive. Contact made prior to the booking to see if any complimentary activities could be booked. Check in can be a bit slow but they ushered us into the airconditioned lounge for our welcome drink while we waited. We loved our room and the drink bottles and hats a lovely touch. It was busy but never felt too busy around the pool. Brekky was great, we didnt' eat at the restaurant as unfortunately doesn't accept Accor discount. Great stay though and would stay again

Absolutely exceptional experience. This is the perfect example of luxurious, relaxed Australian travel. The location is to die for, the staff go beyond and the pools are relaxing and tropical. The hotel’s history is interesting also. We will be back.

This hotel is amazing. I’m a Hilton honors diamond member and I was amazed by the service and quality of food at this hotel. The whole staff takes care of you, remembers little details and genuinely seems to like their job. Coming from the states this was quite refreshing. The poolside butler service was great. You click the button and they are there to take your order in about 30 seconds. The first time we used it I thought it would take a while as tends to be the case in most resorts but not here. The breakfast staff, especially Janet, are amazing. Great way to start the day. Bruno, the bartender, really loves his job and you can tell. Takes time to understand what drinks you like and tries to perfect them. The massage therapist, Georgia, is a gift from the heavens. Both my partner and I felt so refreshed after our treatments I swear I saw another dimension. If you are coming to Cairns or Palm Cove I can’t say enough how great this hotel is. I will be singing its praises to all my friends and family back in the states. Now if only they could open a location in the US (*hint hint*)

What a great getaway, full of luxury and relaxation. Impressed from the moment you entered the retreat. The staff and front desk were amazing, very accommodating and very professional. The room was luxurious, spacious and very comforting. Lots of pool beds & seating to accommodate. Great butler service, great optional activities, great sorbet and canopies. The restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner was amazing. No rush, pure indulgence.
