While we are pleased that the room upgrade was a positive start to your stay, I was saddened to learn that other aspects of your experience fell well short of what you had expected from us. We take your comments regarding the room and breakfast environment, as well as the breakfast and dinner offerings, very seriously. We carry out regular inspections across our guest rooms and resort areas, and it is particularly concerning that your experience did not reflect the standards of comfort, cleanliness, and quality that we strive to provide.
