식당도 빨리 닫고 조식도 다른호텔에 비해 너무 협소하며 먹을게 없음. 호텔조식이라기엔 퀄리티가 떨어짐. 3명이라 예약하고 갔음에도 호텔방은 일인용 기준으로 수건이 있었고. 어메니티 퀄리티도 떨어지고 공용 샴푸 바디워시는 채워져 있지 않았음 . 사진에 있던 욕조바도 제공 되지도 않았음.
Slow check in process, chaotic breakfast

It takes more than an hour to get our room, ac not working in gym and kids club.long queue in breakfast,food running out.not enough staff.Poor and limited choices of food,very uncharacteristic of a 5 star hotel.

I stayed at sofitel from 9-15 March, for the first 2 days, i booked "The 7 Gifts of Heaven", because my wife birthday it's on 10 March, and then they have the "Magnifique Nyepi Offer" (Stay 4 pay 2),so i also booked that offer, eventhough i have free 2 nights to stay that i haven't used yet, when i'm arrived i can see there is not so many employees, no vallet, even i wait for the concierge to help me with the stuff eventhough he was there, so for the first 2 days we got upgrade to honeymoon suites, very nice and thank you for that, but the funny things, we found out there's a couple got villa even they are not ALL platinum member, so out of curiosity my wife asked how come they have villa, while we don't? oh by the way I'm ALL Platinum Member, and the answer is because the just opened some rooms, so if it's full, they give villa, so we are asking if we can move to villa, and on the third day, they give us villa, and thank you for that, now my story is a week before i arrived at Bali, i already contacted through whatsapp asking if there possible to have a surprise cake for my wife on 10 march, and they said later you can ask the Guest relation at the hotel, and when i arrived on 9th March, there is no Guest Relation, so i ask again through whatsapp on 5.30 pm, that they didn't respond, and the reply on 10 march 6.12 am, and said their pastry is closed and they didn't have any cakes available, and i said that it's better if you just told me from the first time i ask that you can't provide it, so i can buy from bakery outside the hotel, now on the day that my wife birthday you said that it's not available,actually i didn't want to bring this up, but what makes me dissapointed is on 13rd march the hotel was full because the "Magnifique Nyepi Offer", very crowded, and i saw on the Sofitel Nusa Dua Instagram there is 2 person get wine, so i'm curious, so i asked when i'm checked out, why they get wine? actually i already guess what she gonna said, you know what she said? "oow they are Platinum Member", so i said i'm also a Platinum Member, and i can see those two become nervous, and they said or maybe they are manager of Accor or have position, and i said it's impposible, because i check their instagram, they even booked their stay through travel agent! and i give her the screeshot one of the person that there is a letter hand writing said sorry about something, this is what makes me dissapointed, i still have something to write, but it's full

Since its opening in December 2013, I stayed so many times there. Love their luxury rooms, its ambience and their hospitality. During this Covid-19 pandemic, I stayed 3 times there and always felt safe and confident, because they strictly follow the safety protocol to prevent the virus spreading. Saw staffs keep sweeping the floor with disinfectant everymoment. Surgical Masks and hand disinfectant are now become ones of the amenities.
Great hospitality, Great staffs, Beautiful hotel.

Even though the breakfast served with a la carte and limited menu (cause of pandemic season), but they taste sooo great! And thanks for the free upgrade for my room, very nice of you. And the room is beautiful and well-equipped. Their staffs are so nice and helpful. And you know what, they have their own "garden" (such as eggplants, chili etc), so nice to see the gardener harvesting the eggplants in the morning. Wonderful experience staying in Sofitel Nusa Dua, wish u all the best.
