Venue perfect and Room was lovely with amazing views, but expensive for what it is. We arrived and were greeted warmly and luggage stored (thank you). The reception team were great. On return our room was ready promptly and much appreciated. Like lots of other places there is no mirror above dressing table but there was a mirror with a stool and a plug. No way to put down hairdryer or hair tools so obviously designed by a man! Bathroom shower was great but again little space for any storage or shelves for makeup or other bits. Again probably designed by a man. Mugs in the room for a lovely cup of tea, but no glasses for water or drinks (apart from bathroom tumblers). Heating and cooling great! Bed great. Bar okay but staff not happy after a difficult day because the lift was out of order. Breakfast was an array but not a hot breakfast which is not clear on booking. Lots had run out and not refilled sadly but staff were very friendly. Went back up in lift with domestic team who were unfriendly and rude but clearly do a very efficient and a good job. Overall a good venue and a super clean hotel with mixed experiences but probably due to such a busy weekend.

Good afternoon from Italy, we are so glad to write this feedback because we enjoyed like a home, we stayed here continuously 5th time and it’s always more than our expectation that we enjoyed. The staff is so friendly and courteous especially Johanathan, Modestas and Tatiana as well the asian guy on reception too Who are serving there hospitality more than everything as well the Bartenders are so generous and helpful, we will highly recommend this place to everyone and we ll be back soon, many thanx to everyone and ciao from Italy..🙏🙏

Fantastic location, great little room, everything you need for a nice stay. Staff are absolutely lovely, from reception to the bar. Nothing too much trouble. Very nice stay and good value.

Fabulous little hotel with loads of character. Room quite small but fine for one or two nights stay. Great location, right in centre, short walk from station. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice - much better choice than many large grand hotels.
