We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during the Christmas season. The festive Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful and created such a magical, cozy atmosphere throughout the property. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Karina and Jonathan for the lovely gift, it was such a thoughtful touch and truly appreciated. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the Christmas market nearby was magnificent and added so much charm to our visit. Overall, a fantastic experience and a perfect place to stay during the holidays. Highly recommended! 🎄✨

We visited at the beginning of December primarily for Christmas shopping and to experience the Christmas market, so we didn’t have particularly high expectations for the hotel. However, it turned out to be one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The location was fantastic, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special thank you to Jonathon and Karina for their assistance, as well as Usman and Ilaria for their wonderful hospitality.

A perfect base for exploring Edinburgh. The rooms are spacious and clean. All the staff were friendly and polite, being helpful whenever needed. The hotel is located near a tram stop and a short walk to the shopping, tourist attractions and anything else you need.

Lovely friendly staff. Location good. Breakfast continental only, apart from scrambled eggs and haggis. The main issue was the room which was like a broom cupboard. Very dissapointing to have such a tiny room. The pillows were hard. The quality of the bedding not great. Not cheap either.
