Temizlik asla yoktu, iletmemize rağmen oda ve duş olarak geçen yer kıl doluydu. Havlular hep eksikti ve bizde el havlusu ve ayak havlusu yok dendi. Oda da hostel gibiydi. Normalde odada banyo olur, burada odanın içine bir köşeye tuvalet konmuş, duş bir kabin şeklinde odanın bir köşesindeydi ve el yıkama lavaboduda tam odanın ortasında 8” pizza kadardı. Hayatımızda ailecek konakladığımız en kötü oteldi ve tuvaletin kapısı üstten açık olduğundan tüm koku odaya yayılıyordu

I am sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly with regard to the cleanliness. As explained in our previous email correspondence, our stayover housekeeping service includes making the beds (provided there are no personal belongings on them), emptying the bins, and replacing the bath towels. Should guests require any additional services during their stay, these can be requested through our Front Office team not to housekeeping team member. Following your comments, the stayover service on the following day was supervised to ensure it was completed in line with our housekeeping standards. Please also note that hand towels are not provided, as this is in line with ibis Budget brand standards. Regarding the room layout, the configuration is accurately shown in the photographs and described on our booking channels. Odalar temiz ve beklentimizi karşıladı. Odalarla ilgili bir sorun yaşamadık. Konum şehre biraz uzak fakat bütçe hoteli olduğu için puan kırılacak bir nokta değil ve zaten tram ile şehre ulaşmak çok kolay. Tek puan kırabileceğim nokta kahvaltı olurdu. Beklentimizi karşılamadı, çeşit azdı. Ücretsiz olduğu söylenen kahve ve içeceklerin de tadları güzel değildi, pek bir değeri yoktu gözümüzde. Eğer yemek konusu önemli değilse kesinlikle öneririm, güzel yemek yiyebileceğiniz bir otel beklentiniz varsa başka bir otel denenebilir fakat fiyat/performans olarak gayet iyi bir otel.

Konumu ulaşım açısından çok iyi. Otelin karşısında tramway durağı var ve hem şehir merkezine hem de havalimanına kolayca erişilebiliyor. Ayrıca durağın yanında büyük bir alışveriş merkezi ve market var. Tüm ihtiyacınızı kolayca bulabilirsiniz. Otelin resepsiyon kısmında ne zaman isterseniz sınırsız çay ve kahve imkanına sahip oluyorsunuz. Odalar biraz küçük ama kısa seyahatler için ideal. İş veya gezmek için geliniyor sonuçta ve sadece gece uyumak için otel odasına geldiğiniz düşünüldüğünde fiyat olarak daha cazip. Odalarda saç kurutma makinesi yok.Ama resepsiyondan istediğinizde veriyorlar.
