My wife and I spent 1 night at the Ibis Styles. It was very impressive. We had a view of St. Andrew's square from our room. They had live music in the lounge, the reception and bar staff were very friendly and professional. The morning breakfast was great! A unbelievable selection. They will also store your bags, before or after you check out.

The staff are the jewel in the crown of a wonderful hotel! Tatiana, lovely person, who recognised myself & friend immediately and thanked us for coming back to stay! Zsarett, Johnathan, Gasia, Zoltan all so helpful, friendly, happy at work! I love the location, 5 minutes from the train station, near all types of transport, restaurants, sights. I was so lucky to be given an upgrade to a corner room with a balcony, beautiful! Very much appreciated! The queen bed was very comfortable. Great shower with lots of hot water, and luxury Arran Aromatics toiletries. Breakfast is always a good continental selection too. Do yourself favour, stay here 🙂

Location is excellent - close to bus station, tram stop, and proximity to Edinburgh attractions as well as shopping! Beautifully decorated and great vibes. As a solo traveler, I always felt safe. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially when my arrival date had been delayed by air travel. Plentiful breakfast options and room was clean and bed/pillows comfortable.

Checked in for a night as a stop over to travel the next morning. Staff were friendly throughout & easy check in-out process. The room was a twin it was clean, comfortable beds, the hotel is in the city centre but there was noise and it didn’t help us have a peaceful nights sleep unfortunately. The shower was quite small especially if you are taller it’s manageable but not ideal. I would not let either of these put you off the hotel though. Breakfast was fine plenty to choose from. Location wise it’s ideal if you are here to explore the city. I would stay again if needed :)

Service was top notch, from check in to check out. Location was perfect and within walking distance of restaurants, attractions, and transportation. Excellent shower water pressure and nice clean rooms. Fantastic beds, pillows, and duvets. Enjoyed comfortable, uninterrupted sleep each night. Lots of breakfast options to start the day right. Johnathan and Karina were exceptional and took the time to provide my family with lots of information on Edinburgh, and always greeted us warmly when they were at reception. I'll stay here every time I'm in Edinburgh.
