From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, we were treated like royalty by every one of the staff, from the reception, dining, and bar staff. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious, the rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable, we slept so well after our sightseeing around Edinburgh. Management couldn’t do enough for us, and spoil my elderly mum. A fantastic stay, so if you’re going to to Edinburgh, I suggest you stay here, you can get the tram into the city Centre from just outside the hotel.

Amazing dinner at paollozi beer and kitchen. Fish and chips are a must try. Great service by anish location is near to Edinburgh tram stop which is easily accessible. Had an amazing dinner with friends would recommend for amazing local drinks and food.

The Novotel Edinburgh Park has been my "second home" for a few years due to work commitments frequently bringing me to Edinburgh. This has given me the opportunity to experience the hotel many times. Following my most recent stay which saw me arrive a day earlier than planned and leave a day later than planned I wanted to take this opportunity to highlight the quality of the service delivered by the team. They consistently go above and beyond to make my stays stress free and enjoyable. Always a warm welcome from the reception team. And fantastic food and service from the now newly branded Palozzi restaurant which never disappoints. Special mention for Zuzanna!

Great hotel. I enjoyed my stay here. Very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the blackout curtains. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was good. The hotel isn’t in city center but the train and tram is a stones throw from the hotel. Very convenient. Would stay here again.!

Lovely experience Room amazing,staff nice and friendly,amazing facilities can’t beat it. Would definitely stay here again over and over again. Also great transport links to places such as Edinburgh centre due to the train station and tram line such near by. 5/5
