Terrible customer service. I booked this hotel through booking.com, where the hotel stated there was parking but did not say there was a charge. After I booked they messaged me about parking charges, making them considerably dearer than comparable hotels. I messaged straight back explaining that wasn't clarified on their website and I wanted to cancel due to the costs not being as advertised. They are refusing to cancel the booking. Customer service is obviously not a priority for them.

Noisy hotel but nice option

I stayed here as a solo female traveler, I did feel safe and it was super close to the tram stop to get me to and from the city center. It was a super noisy busy hotel. I could always hear sometime of walking/stomping which could disrupt someone. I sleep with noise canceling noise so I didn’t mind. Staff was friendly and the food was super good. The room was super small as it is a budget hotel so what can you expect.

Nice and cosy.

The hotel was clean, and the room was very economical. I had a room with breakfast included it was good.small downside you had to pay for the car park separately .Great location cose to city and airport. After all, it was nice staying after long day of traveling.

Stayed here for 1 night in Feb as we arrived on a late flight. Room was okay, bit on the small side but it’s a cheap and cheerful hotel so this didn’t bother us. Bed was okay, could’ve done with an extra pillow though as they deflated a fair bit. No major issues though, gave us somewhere warm and safe to shower and sleep for the night so we were happy.

Hotel staff so friendly especially mohammed five star bar and room was amazing 1nd what a deal only 55 quid per night in the holidays nice trip also dog friendly free drinks and right near shops and the tram love it It was clean and kind would reccomend
