Perfect hotel!!! The location, staff, rooms, beds, and breakfast are top notch... 1,000 stars. We spent 3 nights in Edinburgh. I would highly recommend ibis Edinburgh Centre Royal Mile - Hunter Square! Bonus, the bar stays open until 4am.

Fantastic stay here, very welcoming. Location was amazing. You were close to everything. Left our luggage here as we were before check in time but that was no problem to leave our luggage whilst we went off exploring. I had seen personally a lot of reviews saying the rooms were small. I thought the room was absolutely fine and we were happy with ours. Comfy beds, lovely room and bathroom. We stayed for one night including breakfast which had a range of hot and cold food. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Not the best of cheaper hotels. The bed was lumpy and tiny even for a single. The smell of tobacco smoke came wafting from somewhere in the early morning. However the room was clean and reception staff helpful and it was a great location. I wouldn't book here again I have to say.

Very friendly staff, very clean, great central location, a short walk from train station. Would definitely recommend and stay again in future. Great selection at the breakfast buffet - including haggis! Nothing too much trouble for staff. Very handy for restaurants and sites.

A convenient hotel designed for the young crowd

This is a hotel for the young crowd. It is very modern and youthful in design and amenities. The staff were generous and helpful. The location is very convenient. Extremely close to Waverly Station. Serve yourself breakfast is available at an extra cost--it is basic and you can probably do better for the cost if you have the time.
