-Room is old and quite outdated -Air Con worked well -Location was close to the airport but noisy -Shuttle service was good but needs clearer pick up directions (lucky driver had our WhatsApp number) -Breakfast did the job, nothing fancy -can’t complain for the price paid

Transit Hotel

I choose this hotel for transit before I fly to middle east. room is not big enough, small shower room separate with toilet. Upon check in we so hungry would like to lunch but no available the waiter at restaurant and we decide to eat in the room. bit late food delivery to us, food is ok. the room bit tired, AC and hot water are well operated. hope in the future room can be update or do some refreshments. in addition, overall is ok , nice for transit.

I would like to appreciate all the services from the staffs during my stay on last February. They (the staffs) giving me so much comfort. The hotel itself is clean and neat, the food is great and the price is affordable. I will definitely comeback once I need the accomodation, when in Jakarta. This hotel is recommended to you.

Air condition not working since we checked in to the room i hope next time before they giving us the room to check on it

We stayed at room 511 day 14 oct 2023 the AC was hot in the room we called the engineering to fix the AC he came and just cleaned the AC but nothing change the AC was not cool and i have no time to change the room so we just stayed in hot room

It was great to stay in this hotel because near with the airport and provided shuttle from the hotel to the airport and vice Versa. However, the room is clean and the staffs so helpful. Thank you ibis
