December 8-10, 2024, room 502. My stay was perfect from check in till check out. Pullman Jakarta Central Park Hotel is a very clean hotel with a convenient location connected to the Central Park Mall. Also, the hotel has a well equipped gym. Thanks to Mr. Felix receptionist at the front desk during my check-in, special My room was upgraded, and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast buffet in Collage All Day Dining restaurant was very good with nice and many varieties, special thanks to the Chef Mr Dimas for meeting my special requests, thanks to Mr Ganang & all of the team. Excellent service in the Executive Lounge special thanks to Ms Novi, thanks to Mr Tantra and all the team. Special thanks to the housekeepers, Mr Akbar and Ms Gati ; always on time room very clean with full amenities. Thanks to all in the hotel for their attention, follow-up & polite attitudes.

My family and I love to stay in this hotel whenever we go to Jakarta. The Hotel has a very strategic location in West Jakarta Area. Have a direct connection with Central Park Mall - one of the biggest Mall in Jakarta. If you want to travel for business, leisure, shopping etc, this hotel could provide everything you need. A spacious room with complete set of amenities, a lot of choices in breakfast and nice ambience, easy to go everywhere. Very recommended !!!

I arrived before check in time. I was going to wait, and a concierge, Mr. Harris reached out to me. He processed my registration and checking me in. He was friendly, courteous and helpful. I sent packages before my arrival and they stored it well. Handed to me when I checked in. Great job!!

Very pleasant staycation at pullman central Park. The check in process was assisted by mas Harris, the hotel staff is friendly and kind. The food in the executive lounge is delicious. the hotel is adjacent to the central Park mall and Neo Soho.

I was not surprised that my stay and experience at the Pullman Central Central Park was first rate. Pullman Central Park is beautifully appointed hotel and centrally located in Jakarta for convenience. From prior to check in to check out, the staff was polite and very professional. The staff ensured my stay was enjoyable and hassle free. The bonus for me was to walk through the connected shopping mall to stretch the legs after each day. The mall has quality brands and some local brands, I was impressed with number of restaurants and cafes inside and outside the mall. I will definitely be back to stay here again. Well done to all at the Pullman.
