My husband and I stayed 2 nights recently at your lovely hotel. We were impressed with the efficient service provided during our stay especially by your concierge team led by Hendi. Not only did he arrange our transportation to a well-known restaurant called RM Pagi Sore Pik for dinner, but he also arranged our return trip to the airport. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us in his efficient way in handling our numerous requests even though it wasn't part of their standard services. This kind gesture made our stay stress free as we managed to accomplish what we came to do during our short stay. Swissotel is fortunate to have a person like him to lead the concierge team. Over at Paperduck where breakfast is served, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful especially Lidya who upon learning that we were looking forward to a particular dish, went out of her way to accede to our request showing exceptional customer service.

An amazing hotel at a great location. Located right beside a shopping mall. Staffs here are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Miss Kikomi, Miss Bella, Miss Regina as well as the team for the great hospitality as always. highly recommended!!

Chief concierge Hendi and his team were so very helpful and friendly! My stay at swissotel is made so pleasant because of them. My grab food delivery did not come but Hendi went above and beyond his duties - helping me to contact grab and the driver to check regarding my missing food delivery even when it’s not the hotel’s fault and he absolutely did not have to. His team was full of smiles and warmth and did their best to help me. When my food finally did arrive 30mins later, Hendi went searching for me (gym/pool) just to bring the food to me - he had observed that I was in my gym attire and could be at the gym. Thank you so much Hendi and team for the pleasant experience!
