A Comfortable and Relaxing Family Getaway

We always enjoy staying at Swissôtel, and this was our second time as a family at Swissôtel PIK. Once again, it was a great experience. The hospitality was excellent from start to finish. The room was very clean and felt quite spacious, which is always a plus when staying with family. Amenities were good, and the in-room entertainment felt modern. I really liked that we could easily do screen mirroring from our phone, so watching Netflix was no problem at all. Breakfast was delicious and well-varied, with plenty of options to choose from. The swimming pool is not very big, but since it wasn’t crowded, it was actually very enjoyable and relaxing. All the staff were friendly, polite, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. That really made a difference and made us feel welcome. We’re definitely planning to come back again next year. Thank you, Swissôtel, for another lovely family stay.
