Good ambience with great view

We had great experience in Swissotel PIK with Premium Suite room of city view. We extremely impressed with the room layout and environment. Our sincere wish and appreciation to the housekeeping team as well the Guest Relations staff Tiffany, Cecil, Nuril, Cecilia aldo, Samuel, ashiva, devira anisa and Marcella.

Stay could have been better

This stay wasn’t as pleasant as before. We had requested to combine 2 reservations for the stay but the card key was programmed and we had to queue for the card to be programmed again twice. 4 counters were all processing check-ins. We waited for nearly 15 mins just to get the card access. The hotel could have done the card programming during the check in. Room was ok but the toilet had sewage smell. Refreshments for beverages was not topped up after room was makeup. Hope the next stay will be as good the other previous stay.

The service was good, me and my friends love the ambience in the Chinese national, the service also good by Cynthia and Richard. The food also good, but we can't eat too much. Zidane also very helpful. This is my first time visit the Chinese national

The place is cozy n the food is good especially casiu n peking duck is so yummy 😋😋. The service is good n ms cynthia is the best n the decoration looks great. I think someday i’ll come back again with my family. I have a memorable christmas lunch 🥰

Everything was good, the food and the service was excellent. We really like the dessert attraction with the fire. That was 😍😍😍 very interesting. I'm not a big fan of dessert, but the ice cream cake was delicious. Thank you Elsy, Zia, Deffi, Dwi and Razwa for help us in this event ❤️❤️
