Location - very nice in the northern part of the city, PIK area. Directly connected to a shopping and food mall. Rooms - Design hotel with very comfortable rooms, different type and size. Cleaning and laundry services very efficient. Food - breakfast is simply amazing, with a huge variety of choices between european and asian style. Delicious combination of fresh juices. Services - good wifi connection everywhere, meeting rooms on demand. Hotel staff is the kindest ever met. Price - quite good if compared to other hotel same level. Definitely the only choice every time in Jakarta.

Each room and suite is designed with comfort and style in mind, featuring plush bedding, elegant furnishings, and state-of-the-art amenities. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views of the skyline, while spacious bathrooms offer a spa-like experience with deep soaking tubs and premium toiletries. Nice hotel and nice people. Firzha and Rendy help us a lot. They are very nice! Rian Security as well

the stay is really wonderful, check in process was smooth, room was very clean and strategic location. The staff Cecil was very helpful and friendly! good job!!!! 🌟 i had very nice stay and will definetly comeback sooner or later! Good job to all the staff and team!

Awesome stay ! Thank you for the great hospitality & helpful staff all around the hotel. Great services, kind to every guest and always ask if anything that can help. Amazing room & facilities, very modern, the curtain on the bathroom can be closed by just an instant click ! Great design too and very comfortable ! Top notch executive lounge and the view are beautiful across PIK bay area ! Best hotel in PIK !
