Great experience at the Novotel. Staff was amazing specially Carolina, Roberto and Thiago at the restaurant who would always welcome me in at afternoon with a big smile and amazing service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back on my next visit to Sao Paulo.

No points, no welcome drink....poor experience

I am going to this hotel frequently since end of last year....2 months ago, started to not add points to my ALL account. This visit, travel agency was saying that points are allowed but since I am gold ALL, I didn´t received any upgrade in my room selection, considering that I reserved Executive, should go to the executive or higher and I stayed in the regular. Also, no welcome drink provided....very strange this time.

Good spot to stay in SP

Since the pandemia, Novotel Berrini is our spot to stay in SP. It is new, clean and easy to move around the city. There is some facilities as Havana cafe, mini market, japonese restaurant, hairdress in the complex. Staff at the hotel is very helpful and great service. Breakfast is a goo variety. In our last two stays the only bad thing is that there has been lots of kids, which it didnt happen before.

New hotel that already needs to be overhauled

I stayed in this hotel clearly while it was still brand new. The taxis and Uber drivers even had trouble finding it. It took over 30 minutes for me to checkin, while the clerk stumbled around the computer system. No managers were around to assist. Once I finally got my room key, I discovered that it didn't work and had to go back down and have it re-done. Then, I tried the restaurant which took almost an hour to bring me a club sandwich and a beer. There were only four other tables with people and so they had no excuse for such painfully slow service. The next morning, the breakfast buffet also had trouble bringing food out in a timely manner; plus I had to ask for my omelet four times. The rooms and facilities are very nice here. But the owners should go through, fire all of the managers, and rework everybody's training.

Excellent value and location

I have spent several nights here over the last few months, and the service and staff is very attentive. Modern rooms, clean, luminous, nice decoration and located conveniently close to the Morumbi shopping mall. Easy access to the hotel and located off the road so it is quiet and silent. Convenience stores next to hotel and some bars very close to it. Dining in the hotel too with some Gluten Free dishes marked with GF symbol Breakfast offers Gluten Free food, including GF bread. One of my rooms -upgraded- had a Nespresso coffe maker. I will keep on staying here as it is a very good hotel, cost-value wise.
