Hotel is well located, room is very clean but the restaurant is amazing. Roberto is the best waitress, polite and very helpful.

Primero no andaba el WiFi. Me cambiaron de ropa. Después no andaba el aire acondicionado.

Sin internet y sin calefacción en una habitación muy fría hace que tuviera una muy mala estadía

Very well located. My suggestion: the front desk staff and the operator should at least speak English. For those of us who don’t speak Portuguese, communication becomes nearly impossible. I had to rely on Google Translate to communicate with everyone in general. English should be a required language in a hotel of this size. Additionally, the food is very expensive compared to other restaurants in the area, even those located on the main avenue, Dr. Chucri, .
