- por la mañana no había agua caliente. - la habitación no tiene calefacción. - robaron algunas de mis pertenencias.

Horrible experiencia. Me quedé en el hotel sólo una noche. A la 1.30 am comenzó a sonar la alarma de incendios en todo el hotel. Y durante una hora sonó a intervalos de 10/15 minutos. Al acercarme a recepción sólo pudieron indicar que se trataba de una falla técnica y que ya pasaría. Mi única intención era descansar y fue imposible.

Lamentamos profundamente la experiencia que vivió durante su estancia en nuestro hotel. Entendemos lo molesto e incómodo que debió haber sido el sonido intermitente de la alarma durante la madrugada. Desafortunadamente, sufrimos una falla operativa inesperada en nuestro sistema de alarmas contra incendios, lo cual generó esta situación. Inmediatamente activamos nuestros protocolos de seguridad y trabajamos para resolver el inconveniente lo más rápido posible. Le pedimos sinceras disculpas por no haber podido brindarle el descanso que esperaba y merece. Estamos tomando medidas para evitar que esto vuelva a ocurrir. Although very well located , close to Morumbi Shopping Mall, the parking lot is a mess, either arriving or when exiting or leaving. There's no place to park, and there are not enough valet parking personnel to attend. Waiting more than 1 hour to park the car, and more than 30 min to receive the car when leaving, and at a very high price. The Hotel is fine, apartment was very COLD, no heating on air conditioner, and when asked at front desk, they provided a ripped blanked ( packed and Clean) but we have to ask for 2 instead. Bathroom in fair and old condition, towels and soap were not bad, but looked like a very cheap motel style stuff. The shower is good and hot, however my wife had issues to shower without wetting her hair, as the shower was on the ceiling. Mattress was old and deformed demanding a new one. My spine did not liked it. Breakfast is good, Juices we're fair, fruits were fresh, but the bread could be fresher, some of them were very hard to eat. Coffe were good at coffee machines. Sound at Cafeteria could be better selected for a morning breakfast, with a lounge light selection and not a heavy rock instead.

Nice and esay, bath needs some repair

We stayed at the hotel beginning of April 2022 for two nights. A positive feature is that is located right across the shopping centre with all its amenities. Our first room wasn't as good as it is supposed be, but talking to the (very friendly and helpful) manager brought instant improvement by moving to a different room. All staff was attentive and friendly. We only had a beer at the bar in the evening, with the staff again being helpful and very friendly. As we did not have breakfast or anything else to eat, we cannot give a review on that service. The bathrooms need some refurbishment. The beds were a bit too soft, but we were told that new mattresses were on their way. Hence 4, and not 5 stars in "Room", and "Sleep Quality". All things considered, we would stay there again.
