We’re pleased to hear that, apart from the arrival situation, you were satisfied with your stay. At the same time, we sincerely regret that your journey from the airport caused frustration, especially given the late booking and the cold January weather. Regarding the airport transfer, we would like to clarify that we do not offer a hotel-operated shuttle service. Our reception team is, however, usually happy to assist with arranging taxis through external providers when possible. Unfortunately, due to the very short notice and limited availability at that time, we were unable to secure a taxi for you, which we understand was inconvenient. We’re sorry that this was not communicated more clearly on the booking platform and that it led to unmet expectations. As for the location, thank you for your honest reflection. While our hotel is not located directly in the city center, many guests value the quieter surroundings and excellent public transport connections. That said, we fully understand that proximity to the city center can be a decisive factor, particularly when time is limited, and we respect your perspective. Your comments are very valuable to us and help us improve how we communicate location details and transport options, especially on external booking channels. Stayed at the hotel for a few nights for the Christmas Markets. Rooms and property itself were clean and modern. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. The tram stop outside the hotel meant that we were only a few minutes from the Innere Stadt and there are restaurants, bars and a big SPAR supermarket just round the corner. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a very good budget hotel. Rooms are funky and functional, staff are incredible, location is super great to get the metro into Vienna (37 or 38) but there is an issue. Noise….great if you are used to living by a track for Kev the boy racer to practise their racing starts and play dreadful 80’s euro dance until 3am. When this eventually stops you are reminded of the omni present sound of the train track. The caveat is…it was only €800 for 2 rooms for 2 nights!

Great hotel, the location is fantastic, being close to U6 and various tram lines. The complimentary hot drinks (punch, tea, coffee) is also really good. Beds are also comfortable as well. Would be happy to stay here again.
