位置方便，距离因特拉肯东站很近步行五分钟。前台服务热情友好，入住办理迅速。房间很大，虽然没有阳台，当窗外景色很美，能看到教堂和雪山。早餐很丰富味道不错。自然酒店历史久远，但设施基本很现代化。

We are truly delighted that you appreciated our convenient location just a short walk from Interlaken Ost station, as well as the spaciousness of your room and the beautiful view over the church and the snow-capped mountains. 位置好，酒店有两栋，第一天进房间差点找不到了。工作人员超nice，主动帮助我们并提前让我们寄存行李。客房服务人员哥哥超级好，忙前忙后为我们拿房间缺少的物品，因为我没有带现金，无法给小费，真可惜，请表扬他。早餐一位黑人服务员有不礼貌的表现。房间阳台外是花田，有一点味道，整体还可以接受。整个酒店有中世纪城堡的装修，美中不足是房间有一点暗。因为预定的是三人间，我们很晚才入住，酒店提前为我们布置好了沙发床，真的太好了。下次一定还会再来。
