Dear Mr. Foncerrada, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your recent stay at the Royal St. Georges Interlaken. While I am pleased to know you appreciated our central location and historic façade, I am truly sorry to read about the many aspects of your experience that did not meet your expectations. Please accept my sincere apologies for the condition of the facilities you encountered, the impression of the room you were assigned, as well as for the lack of timely assistance when you requested to speak with a manager. Your comments highlight shortcomings that are well below both our own standards and the level of service you rightfully expected from an MGallery hotel. I deeply regret the inconvenience caused by maintenance works, the condition of the furnishings, and the unpleasant smell you mentioned. These are not the impressions we wish to leave with our guests, and I assure you that your feedback has been taken very seriously. I would be grateful for the opportunity to discuss your stay further with you directly, as your observations are invaluable to us in identifying areas for urgent improvement.
