服务环境价格都非常好，就是浴室的门关不紧，洗澡时，水全部流出来了，弄的浴室地上都是湿的，而且隔音不是很好，楼上走路轰隆轰隆

位置方便，距离因特拉肯东站很近步行五分钟。前台服务热情友好，入住办理迅速。房间很大，虽然没有阳台，当窗外景色很美，能看到教堂和雪山。早餐很丰富味道不错。自然酒店历史久远，但设施基本很现代化。
