Hi! We're so grateful you took the time to share your thoughts with us. We are delighted that you found our reception staff to be helpful and that our ideal location next to the tram stop added convenience to your travel. It's awesome that you also enjoyed the close proximity to the city centre, which we know is a top priority for our guests. However, we understand that you found the room features to be limited, which can be a concern, especially when it comes to amenities like USB ports and a fridge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Furthermore, we recognize that the size of the room and the absence of a safe and air conditioning did not meet your expectations. Our rooms are designed to be compact and efficient, reflecting our commitment to offering value in a central location where space is at a premium. Nonetheless, it's great to hear that you appreciated the nearby attractions, including the Young Boys of Bern football stadium with its shopping centre and the various dining options available. Our guests often tell us how much they value having such amenities within easy reach. It would be great to welcome you back for an even better stay. As for the plugs, we aim to keep the room design practical and uncluttered, but we appreciate your suggestion for a power bar and will consider it for future improvements. Sorry to hear the hair dryer situation wasn't ideal. It's true that they're available at the reception to ensure we keep our room rates budget-friendly. We hope the available high-speed WiFi helped keep you connected without a hitch.
