Personally my experience was average/poor but what i witnessed while staying there was terrible. I had two people booked into my room yet only one set of towels was provided. Not the end of the world, but an avoidable trip to reception (which was unmanned for long periods) and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty - even after a visit from housekeeping after the first night. Again - not the end of the world but the little things do make a difference. I was unaffected by but witnessed people being moved rooms mid stay without being told, resulting in them entering their room to find someone else asleep in their bed, someone I know checked in and found their room wasn't cleaned and there was no one on reception to report this too so they ended up sleeping in used linen (as checking in in the early hours and exhausted). Being told the bar was 24hr when it wasn't. We had to leave the venue early and had been told breakfast would be prepared for us to take with us but in the morning no one knew anything about this. Only 1 member of staff was working overnight who was very new when most of these issues happened so it must have been an overwhelming experience for them. Other than that, bed was comfortable.

This hotel was a great let down. We stayed here as part of of a wedding party and unfortunately our room was unlclean, there was a half drank bottle of water in the room and the bathroom was dirty and the divan bed base had horrible whites stained down the side. And the tea and coffee condiments where not replenished. Breakfast was burnt and dry.

Easy stay and well looked after. Room was clean, well equipped and quiet. Bar starting to get busier but good to be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather in a sheltered courtyard. Will definitely stay again.

Nice booking in, lovely clean ,tidy, comfortable room, spacey and well equipped. Had a good sleep tea and coffee in room nice view and all in with WIFI all round good. Bit short on bar staff, but the young lady behind bar did well, pity some one never helped her out. When we got home we found we had been charged twice, this id being refunded. Already booked in again, in two weeks.

Visited for 2 nights over a weekend so we could visit gullivers land and woburn safari. The hotel is in a great location - quiet and out of the way but still near to the places we wanted to visit. The staff we encountered were all friendly. The room was spacious although having the sofa bed open for the kids meant it was hard to open the wardrobe. The sofa bed was just about big enough for our 2 kids aged 3 and 7. The room was clean with plenty of storage and a nice view of the golf course. The only issues I have are that reception did not advise that there would be no house keeping during our stay. Not an issue really but if hot know we are staying 2 nights without housekeeping then they should provide more toilet roll (2 rolls for 2 nights for 4 people was not enough especially the amount my kids seem to use!!) So we had to ask for more. Also had to ask for more tea and milk for our 2nd night. There was also not enough towels provided - only 2 large towels and 2 hand towels. Also the plug hole was broken in the bath/shower so to drain after shower had to prop open with my toe! The breakfast was delicious and the staff there were great - showing everyone where everything was. Lots of variety and well cooked. It was help yourself buffet but there was no hand sanitiser anywhere in the restaurant. We all enjoyed our stay and thats the main thing.

Breakfast was great. Great service from the breakfast chef, he was fabulous. Two rooms and neither had pillowcases when in. Had to change rooms because the thermostat was broken in the first meaning I was almost scalded taking a shower the first morning. Front desk team when arrived was amazing, but lady in the morning was abrupt, almost rude, when we asked for our items not to be touched by others (covid).

- First impressions were great. - Cleaned the bathroom upon arrival as I was not happy with it. - TV channels said not found on 50% of channels, so I used my laptop. - Room was not serviced between days. - It was a bit too much trouble to have dinner as England were playing when I arrived. - Gave up queuing for breakfast on second day as I had just given up at this point. - Front Reception staff had all the right chat and were very pleasant but, have not even been able to send me a copy of my credit card bill as promised.
