Dear Ms W., Thank you very much for your visit and for taking the time to review your stay at Novotel München City Arnulfpark. I am very pleased that you rated us highly to highest in all categories and are delighted that you really enjoyed your stay with us and the minibar in your room in particular. Our guests deserve the best. It is of great importance to us that you were satisfied with our services. The high ratings and positive remarks on the staff made us very happy and after I gladly passed on both results to my team, I would like to say a sincere “thank you” on their behalf. Based on your description, the insect you saw is likely an amber forest cockroach. It is a harmless outdoor insect that is occasionally attracted to light and enters buildings—much like flies or mosquitoes. It is not considered a hygiene pest and cannot reproduce indoors.
