We are sorry to hear that you experienced discomfort due to the temperature in your room. Please allow us to clarify that the heating is controlled via radiators located under the window, rather than through the air conditioning system. Our team is always happy to assist with temperature adjustments to ensure a comfortable stay. Regarding the noise, while our hotel is generally not a loud environment, we understand that external factors, such as activity in the surrounding area, can sometimes be disruptive. We recommend requesting a room facing the courtyard for a quieter experience, and we are happy to provide earplugs upon request. We truly value your feedback and hope to welcome you back for a more restful stay in the future. Best regards, Sebastian
