We are glad to hear that you appreciated the fun and quirky design of our hotel, the comfort of the beds, the minibar, wellness facilities, and our convenient location near Marienplatz. Your positive comments about room 229, the sauna, foot spa, and gym are much appreciated and will be shared with our team. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced with room 112. The noise from the trams clearly caused a very disruptive experience, and we regret that the room was allocated to you at the same rate as quieter rooms. It is unacceptable that this situation resulted in sleepless nights and that no proactive apology or compensation was offered. Your frustration regarding the breakfast service is also completely understandable, and we apologize for the repeated shortages and the confusion with your latte order. Please rest assured that your feedback regarding room allocation, breakfast service, and staff training has been shared with the relevant teams so that we can improve the experience for future guests. We completely understand your concerns and the impact this had on your holiday. We hope that, should you choose to stay with us again, we can provide a room away from the road and a smoother breakfast experience, allowing you to fully enjoy the hotel’s amenities and atmosphere. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our convenient location near the train station, the quirky and fun décor, and the complimentary minibar. At the same time, we regret that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced regarding service and housekeeping. Leaving dirty cups in the room and not replenishing the minibar is certainly not acceptable and does not reflect our usual standards. We are also sorry for the confusion you encountered with our team concerning the Accor loyalty program.
