I regularly choose this hotel due to the consistently high level of service. The staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, with particular recognition for the concierge team.Special thanks to Remus from the concierge team for his professionalism and assistance throughout the stay. What I really do not like is glass doors in bathroom

Great staff out dated rooms

First, the staff was amazing. This hotel is beautiful the lobby and hotel is beautiful until you walk into the room. It’s like another world. The room was very outdated with ugly furniture that didn’t match. We had a king bed which was actually 2 twin beds pushed together so if you are trying to get romantic someone is falling into the crack. The room cleaning staff was not good at all. and there was not much privacy between the room and bathroom. For this price point I think they need some updating and cleaning staff training.

This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, especially at this price point. I am equally concerned to read about your disappointment with the room cleaning standards. Please accept my apologies for this shortcoming. Your remarks have been shared with our housekeeping management and leadership teams, as continuous training and strict quality control are essential to maintaining the standards expected of a five-star hotel. Your feedback regarding the need for updates is also extremely valuable and aligns with areas we are actively reviewing as part of our ongoing improvement plans. 5 I always have a wonderful experience at Sofitel Munich, especially thanks to Mr. Umut Mahmoud. He is extremely professional, kind, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly maintained, with excellent service throughout. What a fantastic hotel from start to finish. Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast ( even a large vegan section ) and beautifully decorated.... they even have a bath menu!!! I had contacted the manager Umut who arranged our guest rooms, transportation and a flawless check in, dinner recommendations. We enjoyed it all!! Being an avid traveler service like this is exceptionally rare and so very much appreciated. Thank you Umut and team for a fabulous holiday. We will be back and will recommend this hotel hands down!

Great location next to train station

This was a beautiful hotel located next to the main Munich train station. Excellent breakfast and good service. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the Christmas market. The room was very clean and roomy. Wonderful stay
