I am very sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and for the distress caused by the handling of your personal belongings. There was a miscommunication on our part: our team believed your check-out time was at 2 p.m., which is why your belongings were packed — we needed to prepare the room for the next guest. However, we sincerely apologize for not confirming this with you beforehand. This was never our intention, and we deeply regret the inconvenience and concern it caused. Your feedback is extremely important to us, and we are taking steps to ensure that such misunderstandings do not occur in the future.
