this well located hotel is in the middle of all the action Commbank stadium is a short 5 min walk and trams are at the front door to take you to Westmead or the train station Rooms are exceptional and the staff from the GM down are excellent and friendly The restaurant is wonderful and resonably priced or 1you could choose to wander along Church Street We will be back

Staff were attentive and friendly, but his hotel is not up to the Novotel standard. The restaurant was closed. There was only a limited bar menu. Breakfast was terrible. Lobby and bar decor and furniture looks as if from IKEA.

Booked through the All Accor app thinking it would be safe to do. I wish I had read reviews first. Photos are not up to date and it's old and needs a renovation. Staff were pleasant, but we left an item in the room and rang them as soon as we realised. Two phone calls and no reply. Disappointed.

This place should not be called a hotel. It was dirty and in disrepair. The corridors were dim and walls with stains running down them. The room that was allocated to us was simple, but needed a lot of maintenance. The bathroom was dirty, there was cracked tiles with old rust holes from metal handles that were once there. The tap leaked all over the vanity top, saturating our toiletries bag. The shower head was too long for the bath tub which lead to water everywhere, and made a buckling noise while standing in it. The paint job around the door was slapped on and paintwas peeling and craking. No mini bar in the room. Also the window looked out to a dirty roof top with a fly blown bird on it. The pool was dirty and spa closed for maintenance. We avoided the restaurant thinking if the place is already this bad, can't imagine what the new place would be like. It this is the Novotel standard, then we will not book other properties with this chain. Disappointing and very poor form. Do yourself a favour and read thes reviews...don't book here! Spend a bit more and go elsewhere.

Hotel is voldoende voor een kortverblijf. Kamers in orde, alles wat je nodig hebt, maar veel lawaai van buiten door enkele beglazing. Ontbijt redelijk basic, vooral warm ontbijt, wat niet voor iedereen 'normaal' is.

Ik ben blij om te horen dat u onze faciliteiten in orde vond. Ik wil mijn oprechte excuses aanbieden voor het lawaai waarvan ik hoop dat het uw slaap niet heeft beïnvloed. Ik zal uw opmerkingen doorgeven aan onze afdelingshoofden, zodat we cruciale gebieden kunnen identificeren die we missen in dienstverlening zoals deze.
