We stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful stay. The room was bright, airy, clean, had a great view over the district (we were on the sixth floor), the shower was amazing. The hotel had a good secure car park. The bed was comfortable and all in all it was brilliant

In need of renovations

Booked a family trip over the Australia day long weekend. Checkin process was okay. Got an email to allow online check in, but when I arrived I had to do it all again. Didn’t make much sense sending an email first. Room was basic, very dated, in need of renovations to update and not very clean. Bathroom looks like it needs a good scrub. We had a room booked for 4, but only 2 towels were provided. Staff quickly assisted and gave us some extra towels. The following day we returned after a very long day to find our room had been made up, and all our towels had disappeared.. had to go to reception at midnight to ask for some towels.. good location, easy access to trams and trains, club across the road had amazing food, but would look elsewhere to book again until renovations were done on the rooms.

Needs serious renovation. Not fit to be called a 4 star hotel

As an Accor member I have stayed at a lot of Mercure and Novotel hotels. This is by far the worst 4 star Accor I've stayed at. Staff are attentive and friendly but the hotel needs a serious renovation and tidied up a bit. Many parts of the hotel felt dirty but it could be that it's just so old that it feels that way.

I've stayed in many Hotels around the World & this was the worst Hotel I've stayed at. Overpriced, dirty, run down & in need of desperate rennovations. Aircon stuck on 24degs. Staff were ok but knew they couldn't fix anything. No Engineers on duty. Eventually changed rooms. Still no room phone & TV broken. Extremely disapointed.

Hotel beter dan verwacht. Heel vriendelijk personeel en heel gemakkelijk om Sydney te bereiken via the rivercat ( parramatta river ) of via trein . afstand 13 km. Dus de rust op een boogscheut van sydney. Er is ook mogelijkheid om te tennissen ( hebben wij trouwens iedere avond gedaan.) Hotel mega ligging indien je ook Blue Mountains wil bezoeken
