I was very impressed with this hotel. We stayed for a few nights in Deluxe Double 1060 and the room was spotless, nicely decorated & with a lovely outlook over the stadiums. The daily servicing of the rooms was excellent, and they should be commended. Check-In was friendly and accommodating. Bar Service was also friendly and professional. Shout out to Tony & his crew for their awesome service and attention to detail. Loved the fruity water in the foyer and the easy access to Qudos Bank Arena. The only small downer was the unhappy check-out guy who probably should find another job that doesn't deal with tourists and customers generally. Seemed totally disinterested. But honestly, congratulations to you all for a high-quality, well-run hotel. We will be back :)

Great location, all staff were pleasant. The loyalty chocolates were a nice touch. Unfortunately, the personalisation on the card was incorrect (I am a Mrs not a Mr). On check in I had to query why the room types were not as I had requested - and paid for - on booking nearly a year prior. It was a shame that I wasn’t contacted in advance to say my request could not be met, or that it wasn’t even mentioned on check in and I had to ask about it. I was charged for valet parking that I have no recollection of booking and did not use. I queried it when I realised I had been charged for something I did not use, and am still waiting for a response ten days later. No one mentioned this when I checked in. When I checked out I was given the option to email the invoice, which only provided one of three invoices. I am still waiting on the others.When I checked out I was not asked about my stay which may have prompted me to mention the mould in the shower. We had such a good time at the event we went there for, the stay could have easily been the icing on the cake. I would not rush to return.

the reception and duty managers, promised they would correct credit card transactions but nothing has happened. Still awaiting a phone call and a resolution 12 days on. they also were adjusting reward points still awaiting that correction as well.

Echt een tophotel, 5 sterren meer dan waard. Kan niks negatiefs bedenken over dit hotel. Comfortabele schone kamers van alle gemakken voorzien, personeel is supervriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam. Ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en vers, echt heerlijk ontbeten! De ligging is wellicht wat ongunstig als je de stad wilt zien, maar door het treinstation op nog geen 5 min loopafstand van waar iedere 10 min een trein gaat, ben je alsnog zo in het centrum.

Hotel is echt heerlijk. Biedt alle faciliteiten voor leisure en zaken. De omgeving is een beetje dood. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en staat altijd ready to help. De housekeeping snapt in onze optiek nog niet helemaal what Do Not disturb means..
