We recently stayed at the Pullman Quay. This is our hotel of choice when staying in Sydney. Joshua and David are both fabulous and always ready to assist if asked. We loved our room, the staff at breakfast were lovely and we enjoyed having a couple of drinks in the Hacienda Bar. We will be back. Thankyou so much.

The room was amazing along with the view. However, had the room booked for my wedding night for July 2021, I received a credit for my room when the wedding was cancelled due to covid lockdowns, however when booking my room for Feb 2022 was charged an additional 25% for the exact same room.

First time we have stayed at the Pullman at circular quay. Great location, the restaurant food was fantastic with a great outlook over the quay and harbour bridge. receptionist was extremely helpful. Will stay again and recommend this hotel

Expected much better from Pullman

Paid for a Deluxe Spa room with champagne package however on entering the room, the spa did not work. Hotel did offer the use of a spa in a different room which wasn't suitable. Also requested champagne be delivered as early as possible as we had dinner plans yet despite numerous calls and assurances, it wasn't delivered for several hours. Hotel was apologetic and did waive parking costs for the spa inconvenience. Issues continued after check in having been charged twice for the room. Hotel is still attempting to resolve the issue however shouldn't have happened in the first place. Overall disappointing stay however on a positive note, Hacienda Bar and Q-Dining were great venues.

Jason, Rick, Ruth, Davis and many other made my stay great. A great thank you to the friendly and helpful staff. Due to my Accor Platinum status I got complimentary breakfast delivered to my room every day even though the restaurant was not running due to Covid restrictions. I was spoilt! I also booked a Deluxe harbour view apartment and the views were stunning. Can’t wait to book again soon 🙂
