We had the best customer service that we have ever had from any hotel globally. We had to leave the following day due to family issues and the staff showed nothing but compassion. The hotel itself was really delightful, we had a gorgeous room with a partial view of the beach, it was truly gorgeous. The bar and restaurant were wonderful. We recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Newcastle, exceptional!

Had a 1 night stay here with a mate. Staff were friendly and quickly changed our room when we discovered the original had been smoked in. Continental breakfast was modest but price was okay, would probably try a nearby cafe next time. Underground car parking was great. Location is handy to the beach and saltwater pools, though most restaurants seemed to be along the boardwalk of the inner harbour (refer Honeysuckle pub and nearby area). The nearby Rustica restaurant is highly recommended. Only thing to improve the room is to install proper blackout curtains. I would stay here again, especially for a beach holiday. If in Newcastle for work or you want a bit more social atmosphere I would probably try one on the Harbourside

This is a chain of hotels so my stay was as I expected it, having stayed at a number of other hotel chains, previously. There's secure underground parking and the lifts work well, thankfully! I was checked in by a very pleasant chap who, also, provided me with 2 bottles of water along with my room key cards. The double room was large and clean, enough and the chap at the desk pointed me towards the beach as to where to go for a walk. To say the beach was stunning would do it an injustice! I thought it was the one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever visited and rivals that of Kuala Lumpur and a beach resort I had stayed in, in the USA. It was not that busy and only a few minutes walk from this venue so would have been very handy but we ran out of time and had to head back where we walked in the 'other direction' and found a venue for dinner. The room was very quiet and, despite there being a conference of some sort with a lot of those attending staying in the hotel, I didn't really hear much from them other than the clamour in the morning at breakfast. It was the usual fare of bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages, etc. but the coffee machine produced a good flat white and the wife enjoyed some fresh pancakes. Checking out was easy and involved handing over the room key cards and then getting on the lift to our car and we were on our way, with some more bottled water given to us by the Receptionist!

Neues Hotel in guter Lage zum Strand... zu Fuss ist man in 3min am Newcastle Beach! Zimmer sind schön, aber nicht allzu gross. Badezimmer ist modern, grosszügige Dusche. Parken kostet 18$ pro Nacht. Allerdings ist Wifi eine Frechheit! 12$ für 2h und 200MB! Völlig überrissen! Ansonsten waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hierzu einmal ein großes Lob. Das Hotel selbst ist ein sehr neues Gebäude direkt am Stadtstrand (100m) zum Stadtstrand von Newcastle. Die Gäste waren sowohl Geschäftsleute als auch Urlauber. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Als Tipp: Direkt vor dem Haus sind öffentliche Parkplätze, die von Abends bis morgens kostenfrei sind. Wer also tagsüber nicht im Haus ist, sollte sich das Geld der Hotelgarage sparen. Desweiteren lohnt sich nicht der Aufpreis für ein Zimmer mit Meeresblick. Der Blick ist nicht wirklich spannend, d.h. über ein brachliegendes Baugründstück sieht man etwas das Meer. Das Geld sollte man sich sparen und dafür lieber im Hotel frühstücken. Die Klimaanlage ist leider nicht perfekt, wir sind damit nicht klargekommen und haben das Zimmer nicht richtig kühlen können, daher haben wir einfach mit offenem Fenster geschlafen. Fazit: Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder.
