Recently stayed at Suwon Novotel and it is an ideal positioned hotel near large shopping malls, many restaurants and on the doorstep of Suwon station so very convenient and resasonably priced. Very comfortable stay good varied breakfast and evening buffet. Would definitely stay again if I return to Suwon.

We stayed at Suwon Novotel and I have to say, we will totally be honest in hoping the services gets better. One major issues we have noticed that majority of the workers projected themselves the look of disappointment working, upset, grumpy. Not smiling at all or being friendly look. To us and I’m sure other customers felt the same way. (Mar 31) When the time to leave the breakfast area, we felt we was forced out while we was enjoying breakfast, drinking our coffee. Yes, we understand the service food was closed but there was no reason to have us leave right away. On another note, maid service was the same… they do not project good sense of support for us. There showing that they are unhappy, not smiling. It would have been appropriate that we should have been informed when we checked in that the minibar was not charged since we stayed on the premier floor. Found out after. Also did not know the lounge was open for small snacks, for us to use, drink coffee etc before they open. We was not told as well and not on the paper sheet they provide to us on check in. Please mentioned that on the handout.

Location: Located in suwon station and connected directly with AK plaza and station and from AK plaza you can also go to Lotte mall suwon. Location is 100/100. Parking: Parking was spacious and could park easily. Check-in and room condition: Staff were very kind and they asked me if I staying in this hotel for the first time and I said yes, they kindly explained everything about hotel. Room was little bit old but still well maintained. And I was worried about the soundproof of outside because our room was facing a big road side. But it was ok glass is very thick which has great soundproof. Only problem I had was little stained pillow but the hotel reception and staff dealt with this problem really fast and with professionalism they're willing to help you always! Overall: I definitely recommend staying in this hotel and it was really comfy staying with kind staff! Hotel located in perfect place for rest, shopping and eating.

Vegetarian food taste and options not enough

There are mostly Indian people in the hotel who are on Business trip. However, inspite of this vegetarian food options are very less and taste is average. Moreover, you need to convey them before 4 pm for room service else the option will not be available.

Pada tanggal 8 Mei 2024 saya pulang larut malam dari pekerjaan dan belum sempat makan malam. Hampir semua restotan dekat hotel sudah tutup namun petugas resepsionis bernama Mia dengan sangat baik hati membantu memesankan makanan secara online dengan menggunakan akun miliknya. Terimakasih.
