The hotel was clean and service is great. The emplacement is really near to the center, two steps from Galataport and Karakoy. The breakfast was amazing, lot of choices and it is all fresh. Special Special thanks to Serkan and his team (he is the best chef ever). Thanks to the servers as well Mehment and Hassan. I will come back again for sure.

Нам все понравилось. Отличный персонал. Чистота в номерах и спа зоне на отлично. Единственный минус - резкие перепады температуры воды в душевой. То очень холодная, то очень горячая.

A very nice hotel with an amazing location, situated right in front of Galataport and easily accessible to all the main attractions. You can either walk or take public transportation with ease. The rooms are a bit small for a 5-star hotel, but the service makes up for it. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I experienced a minor issue with the bathroom, but the engineering team promptly resolved it, which I truly appreciated. The hotel also features a lovely restaurant with remarkable views and a good variety of food options, making dining there a great experience. Overall, a pleasant stay in a fantastic location!

По большому счету все нормально, но номера недостаточно чисто убирают и во внутреннем дворе всегда гудит сильно вытяжка от ресторана на крыше, которую слышно всегда, это касается номеров с видом на внутренний двор. Завтраки очень хорошие.

Great location for sure. Rooms are a bit small with very little storage space but we made due. Comfy bed and pillows. Fast and good service. We opted in for breakfast every day , definitely worth it. The view from roof top is amazing. Walking distance to a lot of places. Would come back. Its not a 5 stars hotel but a good 4 stars hotel.
