前回1月に宿泊した際は、12階で駅の方も見渡せる非常に良い環境で、朝食も美味しくて良い印象だったので、今回も同じノボテルにしましたが、なぜか車椅子用の部屋になりました。私は車椅子の方が必要なバリアフリーは必要とせず、むしろ本当に必要な方のために、この部屋は確保しておくべきと感じました。チェックインでは無理やりにメンバーシップへの勧誘を勧められ、合意しないと48€の追加金を取ると言われて、仕方なく入りました。同じタイミングでチェックインされていた方には、そのような会話はなく、普通に案内されたと思います。そして私が案内された部屋がバリアフリーの車椅子の方が必要な部屋でした。アジア人への差別なのか、本当に悔しい思いです。もうこのホテルへは滞在しないと決めました。

駅にも近く、中心地にもトラムですぐ行くことが出来、大変好立地だと思いました。ただ、部屋に冷蔵庫がないのが不満でした。
