WE have stayed un the Novotel on a regular basis since 2017. The service as usual is always very good. We arrived by train from Frankfurt which was delayed. Stephan was on duty at reception and he helped us sort our room out. He is a credit to the Hotel Bar staff are also very good

Stayed for 2 nights (separated by two weeks). Both rooms were excellent, clean and well appointed. Located next to the station, so really good for access to all areas of Vienna and for our trains, arriving and departing! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. We used the restaurant and were very impressed, the food was really good. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna

ウイーン中央駅前でアクセスは抜群です。ホテルとしては室内、サービスとも日本のビジネスホテル並です。室内はビジネスホテルより少し広くまだ新しいホテルなので綺麗です。便利さを求めるならおすすめします。

Very close to Wien Hbf, only 2-3 minutes’ walk. Room was clean and spacious by European standard. There are lots of choices for quick food at Hbf. Close to tourist attractions such as Belvedele Palace and St Charles Church. Overall very convenient and highly recommended.
