初日は8/5夕刻にチェックイン。部屋は猛暑のせいもあってか冷房が効いておらず、大きな扇風機がうるさく回っていました。暑い上にうるさくほとんど眠れず最悪でした。フロントに交渉し翌日以降は温度は快適な部屋に代えてもらいで助かりましたが、初日に通された部屋はそもそも商品として売るような部屋ではないと思います。

息子と二人で7泊滞在させていただきました。 ツインの部屋を予約しましたが、エレベーターを降りてから階段を登らなくていけない部屋でチェックインからフロントのAnthonyが気を遣って、もしも部屋が快適でない場合はお知らせくださいと言ってくれました。 案の定使い勝手が悪く部屋の変更を希望したところPoohさん(くまのプーさんと同じ名前😊)が手際よく二つのシングルの部屋へ変更してくれました。おかげで非常に快適な1週間が過ごせました。部屋もとても清潔感があり大きめの冷蔵庫もあったので一週間滞在中は市場で果物、スーパーでチーズやパンを買って食べました。 Thank you for your hospitality Anthony and Pooh!!!

朝早くの到着でしたが、部屋の準備ができているとのことで、追加料金なしでアーリーチェックインができ、とても助かりました。 ただ、部屋の場所が階段を2ヶ所使わないと行けなかったため、大きいスーツケースを運ぶのは大変でした。事前に教えてもらえていたら、運ぶのをお願いしたのですが、最初は自分たちで運びました。チェックアウトの際は、事前に運ぶのをお願いしたので助かりました。

ウィーン・コンツェルトハウスでのコンサートの為2泊滞在しました。 複数のUバーンやバス、トラムの駅が近くにあり、コンサート会場や主要な観光名所へも徒歩で行ける大変便利な立地。 スタッフの皆さんも温かなおもてなしで迎えてくれました。 清潔に保たれたエレガントな部屋やロビーは必要な物がすべて揃っており快適に過ごす事ができました。ウィーン滞在にとてもおすすめ。

ミッテ駅に近く観光の拠点には便利。レストランも充実していて満足。ただし部屋の掃除が人によって違っていて、タオルの一部がなかったり不満が残る。

空港から電車1本で行けるウィーンミッテ駅から徒歩5分の好立地なホテルです。観光中心地からは少し距離があるものの、近くにスーパーやインビスもあり便利でした。お部屋は広く丁寧に清掃がされており快適に過ごせました。 夜は少しお湯が出るまで時間がかかりましたが、許容範囲です。 コスパに優れ、また次回行くことがあれば利用させていただきたいです。

From this station, guests can conveniently take the direct CAT train or S-Bahn to and from the airport. Additionally, the U3 and U4 metro lines, both of which provide easy access to the city center are also located there. 独特の形状ながら欧州らしい雰囲気のあるホテル。ウッディで温かみある内装も個人的に好みでGOOD。建物自体は古いですが清掃やメンテナンスが行き届いており設備にも問題なし。チェックイン時に「ホテル周辺のおすすめレストラン」なるリストを受け取りましたが、手作り感ある温かみあるリストで、ホテルのホスピタリティの高さを感じました。
