We are delighted that you enjoyed our convenient location and that our team was able to assist you promptly before your arrival. It is also wonderful to hear that we could accommodate your request for a room with a bathtub and that you had a comfortable stay for most of your visit. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that your room was not serviced on the day before your departure. We are delighted to hear that you found the room clean and that our front desk team made such a positive impression, this means a great deal to us. At the same time, we are sorry to learn about the disappointment regarding the bathtub. As you mentioned, bathtubs are available only in certain room categories and need to be requested in advance to be guaranteed. We regret if this was not clear at the time of booking. Regarding the kettle, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. While we were not informed that you had been injured and therefore did not realize the seriousness of the situation, we are very sorry to hear that you hurt your hand. This is certainly not the experience we wish for our guests. We are glad the kettle was replaced promptly, but we fully understand that an explicit apology would have been appropriate, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
