お目当ての　楽友協会に近いのと　JTBのサイトから予約ができたので　こちらのホテルを選びました 建物の外観が　お城チックな感じではなく　シンプルであるものの　内装はおしゃれで　部屋もバスタブ付き　リフォームされていて　とても　きれいでした 特筆すべきは　朝食で　夜はミシュラン一つ星のレストランを会場とし　本当に美味しいものが　食べきれないほど並びます コーヒーも　オーダー形式で　好みのものを 豆から挽いてくれます 絶対に　泊まったら　食べてほしいです

こちらに6泊滞在しましたが、5泊目まで快適に過ごしていましたが、最終日前に部屋の掃除をしてもらえていなかったのはガッカリでした。（タオル交換、ベッドメーキング、コップの交換など） その点もありポイントを下げました。

部屋も綺麗で、朝食もメニューは割と同じではありますがブッフェ形式で種類種類豊富で、お粥系もあるのでパンに飽きがちなアジア人でも選んで食べられます。 立地もよく、シェンブルンとベルベデーレ宮殿に乗り換えなしでアクセスでき、リング内観光地からも近い方なのでいいです。 2点ほど不満があったのは、他のホテルも同様かは分からないですが浴室付きトイレに換気扇がないことと、私の部屋だけかもですがトイレのドアが曲がってるのか相当強く押さないと閉めにくかった点ですかね。 水も炭酸水も両方用意されてて、毎回ちゃんと入れ替えしてくれるので最低限の水確保もできました

フロントの対応も素晴らしく、お部屋も綺麗で、最高でした！ ただ、予約するときの写真には湯船があったのに実際のお部屋にはなかったです。お部屋のグレードの問題なので仕方ないと思いますが。 あと、ケトルでお湯を沸かしたのですが、故障していたのかお湯が底から全て漏れてしまいました。手を火傷したので、新しいやつに交換してくださいと部屋にお手紙を残したら、翌日には交換してくれました。その点は感謝ですが、あそこまで大規模に壊れて、怪我したと言っているのに謝罪もなく、少し残念に思いました。(日本のサービスと比べるのは日本人のよくないところですね、、)

良かった点 ・従業員が皆親切。 ・シングルで5泊しましたが、一人で宿泊するには十分な広さでした。お部屋も綺麗です。 ・部屋に無料のコーヒー、紅茶、ミネラルウォーター（炭酸なし＆微炭酸）があり、部屋の清掃をお願いしなくても、お水は毎日補充してくれていました。 ・朝食は品数豊富で美味しい。 ・地下鉄Stadtpark（エレベーターなし）から徒歩4〜5分程度、オペラ座も徒歩15分程度で便利。 Stadtparkから1駅のLandstraßeで、空港行きのCATにも乗り換えができます。 シェーンブルン宮殿にも1本で行けます。 気になった点 ・シングル2部屋を予約した際、誤って1部屋は朝食付き、もう1部屋は朝食なしにしてしまったため、事前にメールでホテルへ連絡しておき、2部屋同じ料金と確認を取りました。 チェックアウト当日にトラブルになると困るので、前日夜、フロントの若い女性に料金を支払いたいと申し出たところ、最初は聞いていた料金よりも安い金額を言われました。 次に言われた金額も安かったので、もう一度確認を依頼したところ、今度は50ユーロ近く高い料金を請求されそうになりました。 メール履歴を提示したところ、男性の方を呼んでくださり、その方が予約時の金額で問題ないとおっしゃってくださいましたが、時間がなかったらそのまま支払うしかなかったと思います。 30分程度話し合っていたので…。 男性の方は、時間がかかって申し訳ないと謝ってくださいました。 若い女性の方の対応が悪かったわけではなく、システム上の問題だと思うので、その点が改善されれば良いと思います。
