Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed our central location, right by the train station — it's one of the things our guests appreciate most about staying with us. Regarding the fridge, in line with our ibis brand standard, our rooms do not include a minibar or fridge, allowing us to offer our guests an especially attractive price-to-value ratio. That said, our lobby area is available around the clock, where you'll find a selection of cold and warm drinks as well as small snacks. thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please be assured that we take matters of this nature very seriously. Following your message, we immediately initiated a thorough inspection of the room in question. No indications of bedbugs or any other issues were found. While we maintain strict hygiene and cleaning standards, we would like to point out that in an urban environment it can occasionally happen that insects enter a room from outside, which is unfortunately beyond our full control.
