Vienna Central Stationの出口から徒歩1分の近さで、スタッフの方の対応も大変良かったです。 駅の真横ですが静かで、お部屋も清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことができました。 セーフティーボックスと冷蔵庫があるとさらに良いなと思いました。 フロント横にはドリンクスペースがあり、ウォーターサーバーから水を無料でいただける点もよかったです。

Excellent location. A wonderful hotel with good facilities though a little disappointing that tea and coffee making facilities were not available in the rooms but in the lobby instead. The room was very clean with attractive decor. Would definitely recommend.

I seldom leave 1/5 reviews but I do not feel too much guilt this time. I booked the hotel via a third party website. It amazes me that hotels cannot match price with a third party, otherwise I would go direct. Minutes after booking (and I admit I knew it was a non refundable price) I got notified of a change in my plans. I tried to see if I could reduce my stay to 5 days instead of 6 with a month's notice. I did not ask for any money back, just 2 breakfasts from their buffet. It is a good deal for them. They refused. I said that these sorts of things make people upset and lead to low reviews. I gave them a week to reconsider and they held fast. Since it seems like a reasonable request and I said I would be upset if they did not consider it and would leave a bad review if I was held to the deal, I feel okay leaving a bad review because I am upset.

Once I got through the clouds of cigarette smoke outside right at the front entrance, the front desk staff was pretty nice. My room was dismal and stuffy. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly the 3 nights I was there. I reported it to front desk and they dismissed me. No one ever came to try to fix it. Housekeeping never once came into my room. I had to ask for clean towels and empty my own trash. Being next to the transportation station was very convenient

Room temperature almost like outdoor temperature at about 27 degrees Celsius where aircon setting is at 10 degrees C

15 Aug 25 at 10.00pm, room temperature was 26.7 degrees Celsius. Was told be reception that the room aircon needed 2 hours to cool down the room and to visit reception after 2 hours if room is not cool. Noted at 1020 pm, outdoor temperature was indicated at 27.0 degrees Celsius. The room temperature is at 26.6 degrees Celsius. At 10.39pm, room temperature is at 26.6 degrees Celsius with no change in temperature.

It’s clear that the air conditioning did not perform as expected during your stay, and we understand how frustrating it must have been — especially when you're relying on a cool, comfortable room for rest. While our system is centrally managed and designed to be energy-efficient, it should still provide effective cooling, particularly during warmer summer nights. We regret that the suggested two-hour wait did not bring any noticeable improvement, and we’ll report this to our technical team immediately for inspection and adjustment. Your precise time and temperature notes are extremely helpful for troubleshooting.
