Having such a great experience to held a meeting event at Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni. Excellent service of banquent and various food and snack choices to refresh body and mind during the meeting. GMJH provide well prepared meeting rooms and many options of bedrooms.

Great location, maybe a little inconvenienced by the public works being carried out around the hotel which stretches along the main Gajah Mada & Hayam Wuruk Rd. The hotel is always clean, my room was great, clean, comfy, spacious, and great value for money. It’s not very noisy at night and the employees would help out in any way they can.

Getting into the hotel takes time as there's a construction right outside. The shopping mall is opposite but it's long way to get over. Not so ideal. Breakfast was ok but the seating layout and the location are not ideal, very noisy with the crowd. Hotel offers smoking and non smoking rooms. Although I stayed at non smoking room, I could still faithfully smell the tobacco. Bed and room were ok, as similar to other Grand Mecure standards.

Once again, I would not hesitate to stay at the Grand Mercure Harmoni, not only because I am used to it, but above all because of the very warm welcome you receive there. In this regard, I would like to give special thanks to the receptionists, Ms. Abel, Ms. Endri, and Ms. Cyntia. They are very friendly, helpful, attentive, and above all professional. I would also like to commend the hard work of the housekeeping staff, especially Charisma, Suadana, etc. The same goes for the parking attendants, Jefrey and Henry, as well as the bartender Eko and Ms. Risa from the restaurant. As you know, I place great importance on service, but also on the people who make this place unforgettable.
