いつもと同様の期待されているクオリティを提供してもらい満足しています。 小さな点ではあるがあえて改善点を挙げるとすると洗面台の水捌けが遅い事で他の部屋でも経験しています。 当初は直接予約を考えていましたが、なぜかOTA経由の方がメンバー価格より安価でした。

お湯が出なかったところ、エレベーターが壊れそうで不安な点以外は満足です。

部屋の鍵が閉めにくい（力が必要）。シャワーの温水がぬるい。最初洗面所の水が流れなかった（ハウスキーパーが処置）。冷蔵庫に入れた飲料が冷たくならない。日本式のコンセントの位置が判りにくい。
