シャワーのお湯が全く温かく無く、半水状態で不快でした。

バスタブが欲しい

洗面台の水はけはいつも悪いと思います。

朝04:00チェックアウトの為朝食BOXをお願いしたのですが、内容に失望しました。 菓子パンが4つとゆで卵1つ、グリーンピース豆菓子が少々+500mlのペットボトルが2本でした。 今後はもう少し気の利いた朝食を準備して頂きたいです。

The Novotel hotel in Jakarta was a good spot and nearby the city. The food, hospitality, and cleanliness was superb. The room was spacious, the food has variety of options, porridge and chicken soup was great. Highly recommended and good for the money.
