The Lobby, the isle, the room are kinda dark. They did not give the slipper at the room, so I have to asked about it. Two thin pillows were provided in the room, again I need to asked for more proper pillow. Room service and breakfast were okay. Thank God, the staffs were nice, pretty helpful, and hospitable. By paying those amount, I think there are more other options like Artotel, Kosenda, etc that provides more proper quality. In my opinion, even Ibis Style Grand Central Bandung and Ibis Style Bogor Raya have a better quality. So please, improve!

Had to wait for the room No welcome drink No upgrade for platinum loyalty member Small Cockroaches in room Amenities for one person only, and had to ask 3 times Been here several times, yet disappointed for the first time

Doesn't feel any special treat at Gold member status, better as walk in guest. Doubt even walk in China guest can use the priority counter for Accor members, whereas Accor member have to wait and queue. Worst thing was, the check-in staff forgot to return passport...created troubles in finding, these shall not happens in such good hotel like Novotel. Not proper trained and poor services.

I stayed here for two nights here. On arrival, I was given the lounge access voucher and when I went to the lounge, I was told that I can only have two drinks, I was shocked and requesting explaination from the manager, instead of handling over his name card, the manager asked me to take a picture of his name card so he can keep his name card! After checking my status, the manager told me just go ahead and have the drink, I returned to the lounge and was told they are not allowed to provide more than 2 drinks, so I told the server to call the manager, the manager came and told me that this is the hotel rules that only two drinks are provided, I have never gone to the lounge with limited drink as far as Accor group of hotel is concerned. The next evening, The same thing happened and I requested the server that I need to complaint to the GM and requested the GM to call me the following day as I was told the GM was there in the evening. The manager actually came but did not approached me, instead instructed the server to send drink to me, the server told me that this is the last drink that I can have! I told the server to return the drink and I do not need that at all. I never come across the lounge restricted only 2 drink for a room! and the GM has not even contacted me! This is TERRIBLE!

Im checking in at novotel gajah mada, when i 1st check in the hotel suite room is full booked so they gave me one of the suite room owned by the owners... the room number is 2305.. it was one of the best room i got for about 1.3 million rupiahs

1. Check in and check out took quite long. Appeared as if the team were not well trained 2. Disappointing that lounge only served regular drinks and beers without wine for Platinum customers 3. We'd asked for help re transportation - and when we asked front desk were told that the hotel does not provide transport, Grab will probably not be feasible as it is far, and then the staff walked away. 4. Aircon in gym was not functioning 5. I had pointed out to the staff that the chicken ham served during breakfast had gone sour, and was still being served!!

Nice Hotel Environment and in Chinatown, Good food can be found around the corner. My 3 days stay in Novotel Hotel Gajah mada really make feel like at home. My compliment to: Hero - Front Office. Angel - Front Office. Wirda - Bar. Reynita - Restaurant. I have seem them giving their best service to anyone who are in need of help.

I do like to stay at this hotel. I like the environment around this hotel. Due to Accorplus advantage, every time I book this hotel, I always get upgrading room which is always higher than my expectation.

first n maybe last stay here. if not because I am a accor member, I will not stay here. maybe pampered by other accor hotel, this is probably the worst. no upgrade to next level even for a platinum member, free fruit plater of 3small fruits. in room amenities-tea bags, laundry bag, hand towel not replaced daily. breakfast looked big spread but local food only. I went to holiday inn down the street and found the hotel newer, better and probably same price.

Nice short vacation with family... The rooms are spacious, breakfast is very varied, the swimming pool is pretty good only the water feels salty because of chlorine. Overall, the hotel is pleasant & the kids enjoy staying here. Unfortunately, the hotel card is often a mistake so we have to go back and forth to the receptionist to reset it.

スタッフの皆さんが優しく心温まる接客をしてくれました。 部屋も清潔でした。 トランスジャカルタのバス停も近く、歴史的な街並みのコタ駅周辺、ジャカルタのシンボルモナス、活気があるブロックM などバス1本で移動できるなどロケーションも良かったです。

Great location. There's a shopping mall accross. Excellent Front Office, and restaurant service. Food are great, there's a variation on everyday breakfast. Kudos to the hotel staffs and officers I've come accross to. To Suhum, Sayu, Sudiro and Hendi, who handles well the situation on a miscommunication regarding the room prefeence on our stay. Novotel never fails us. Thanks guys!

Back enjoy my leisure at novotel.. it's very nice and comfortable place and the room so clean i enjoy my leisure but it's very pithy only 1 night i stay there. but next time may be i shall take 3 night.. :)

I mistakenly booked online this Gajah Mada branch instead of the other Novotel in Jakarta which I have previously stayed before. This one is below in service and quality of amenities such as breakfast food which is too local, very limited western or Chinese food served. Location is not too good except for the small supermarket nearby, restaurants are not a walk-away available. Room service food is average. The Starbucks within the facility is one great thing in an average hotel set-up. This Novotel branch is way below the standards of Novitel in Bangkok and even in Yangon. The Siam Square and Novotel Max in Bangkok and Yangon respectively+ are far better in all respects.
