This is definitely the place to stay if you want to stay near a walkable area in Jakarta more precisely near the Old town Batavia. The room offers you everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I truly recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to stay here again.

冷蔵庫が壊れていた。残念。

Dear Izuru s., Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please allow me to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the refrigerator not functioning properly during your stay. This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and I completely understand how disappointing this must have been. Our team has already informed Engineering to inspect and repair the unit immediately to prevent this from happening again. I was very impressed with the service during my stay at Mercure Jakarta Batavia. I would like to express my special appreciation to Roy and Erna for their warm assistance and professionalism upon our arrival. Roy was courteous and efficient in helping us with our luggage, while Erna ensured our check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their genuine hospitality truly reflects the high standards of the hotel.
