Had the best stay here for 2 nights and Nabila at the front desk went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable! She helped with transportation, things to do, and supporting me when I first arrived in Jakarta ~ thanks so much Nabila and would definitely stay here again because of her and the rest of the staff!

Staycation never felt these good 🥰 Perfect reservation arrangement and Heartist welcome on room by mba Wulandari. Smiley welcome and farewell from mba Nabila and Hannifah. Not to forget mas Tangguh for surprising my fam member with Bday cake! Oh, the kids corner has amaizing book collection and board game, kids will never get bored. Thank you ibis styles tnh abang team..

The room was very clean, modern and stylish! Aldo the room was bigger than i expected. Has a great location, very easy to catch the a ride or public transport surrounding. The staf were very friendly always welcoming, corteous and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Good hotel with strategic location. Near to metro mall and central jakarta. All service from the staff is good, especially from housekeeping staff, mr langlang make our room clean and comfort. Thank you very much mr langlang. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. Good job

We were contacted by the Duty Manager Mr. Haniffa few days prior arrival. Upon arrival, although it's yet check in time, our room was ready for occupancy. Ms. Gian, the hotel staff was very helpful in the check in process. Upon occupying the room, our luggages were promptly delivered. The room is very neat and tidy. The hotel's foods and delicacies are very delicious.
