Great service, staff name Taufik at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay Clean rooms, The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa services were top-notch Good breakfast, We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.

I loved the hotel's location near the Grand Indonesian Mall, it was so peaceful. Room is very clean and well organised. Staff were super helpful. Special thanks to miss Haniffa for his friendly welcome and his smile. I will definitely be back.

Arrived early at the hotel around 10+am and was told to come back at 2pm as the room is not ready yet. After we left the luggage there and walked around the area, receptionist Haniffa messaged us that our room is ready at 11am. We were so happy as we got an early check-in as we are tired from travelling. Thank you Haniffa for making it possible and for your good customer service :) Room is clean, nicely decorated. Location is accessible, within walking distance to shopping places. Will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay at Tanah Abang 👍🏼
