Dubai was our second international trip and first one with the kids. As parents, kids (1.5 years old) food is always a grey area during travel. But it's been an absolutely fantastic stay at the Canvas. Their staff (Chef Mohit, Chef Vishal and manager Sony) have been phenomenal in ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay here. Their hospitality in getting the kids food has been spot on and they have played a pivotal role in making the best of blended food for them. They are a " Yes Team " for the guests as all you ask for, they greet/ accept it with a pleasing Yes. I thank their entire staff for making Canvas a second home allowing us to have a very comfortable trip keeping the taste buds of our little kids homely.

Very horrible experience. I’ve stayed at this hotel before (2 years ago) and my stay was pleasant then but it’s gone downhill. I booked a 3 day stay via a booking website with whom I have a preferred status since i am a frequent traveler. My first stay was from 09-August to 12-August. I was assigned ROOM 210 which was next to the Service Rooms. As a result cleaning staff left their trolleys infront of my door during the whole stay. I complained to reception twice every single day and nothing was done. Imagine opening and closing your door and finding a clean trolley with buckets and dirty water 24/7. These trolleys were not infront of any other door except mine. I started taking pictures and recording and still no one would sort out the issue. Very condescending staff. Each time I reached out to them I felt like I was disturbing them. I had to stay for another 3 days so I booked again via my status with the booking agent as a preferred traveler, but this time I will provide my review in a part 2 as this was another reservation.

The neighbourhood is lively. There are several clubs and facilities as part of the hotel. Great news is that the facility to open an executive lounge soon. I got upgraded as an Accor ALL member. The facilities are a bit old and cleaning needs to be enhanced. Also the pool bar team would be trained. The hotel includes the biggest jaccuzi in Dubai.

It is a good and cool temperature. Many employeer very kind. Especially when I fall my files they find my files and even if I can't English very well but they waiting for me and talk to me slowly to understand. And the room also clean and calm. Shower booth is very nice! Thank you.
