The location is convenient and there are eating options just opposite the hotel. The room is a little cozy but all is well. It would have been wonderful if the bathroom was slightly bigger. The sink can be a little choked after a few days of stay. On this note, I would like to give my thanks and appreciation to Elizabeth at the front desk and Uchi from housekeeping. Thank you for making our stay so easy and friendly.

They were friendly, informative, and always greeted us with a smile, making all of us feel genuinely appreciated from the moment we arrived. Our stay at Ibis South Bridge, Edinburgh has been amazing! The location is perfect. We were able to get around as it was central to most things and it was close to the train station. The atmosphere was comfy and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious which was important. The value for money at Ibis was just right. It was what we needed for our stay here. The noise level was good. We got a good nights sleep, especially after a long day out in the highlands. The amenities were also excellent. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. Overall, we were impressed at our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Recommend!

Great location Atmosphere ok Room was out dated and you could hear everything outside in the street and constant banging of doors inside the hotel The breakfast was cold and there was no restaurant on the evenings that we were there Monday to friday

We aim to provide the best experience possible to all of our guests, and it is a shame that we were unable to do so on this occasion. We value your remarks regarding noise from both outwith and inside the hotel. While it is a shame that this had a negative impact on your stay, such feedback is critical for us as we strive to improve for future guests. Your experience will be taken into account by our team as we consider future improvements. We apologise that your breakfast didn't meet expectations. This is an area that is generally rated highly by our guests, so it is a shame to hear that you did not have a good experience. We will pass your comment that the food was cold on to our food and beverage team for review. Unfortunately we did have a temporary limited evening menu in place in our restaurant during your stay with us, and we are very sorry for any inconvenience this caused. While we attempted to minimise disruption through the continued serving of our 24-hour menu during this time, it is understandable that this did not meet typical expectations of our restaurant. This is not usually the case on weekdays - our full menu is generally available all day, every day. I hope you will stay with us again in the future so that we can provide a better experience.
