I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The executive room was spacious and modern with a comfy bed and nice towels and toiletries. There was also a coffee machine and tea making facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and professional. Adjacent to Edinburgh Park station, with frequent trains into Waverley which takes 10 minutes and costs £4 return. The only drawback was the cost of parking, but you get a discount if you are a member of Accor. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel, very clean and room was perfect. We had an executive suite which had a balcony. Room was great size had slippers and robes, toiletries and a fridge with water and milk. There is also an iron, coffee pod machine and hairdryer. Flat screen tv is massive. Paid for breakfast and was not disappointed with the quality and choice. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Having to pay for parking is a let down, but you can get discount at reception. Tram stop into centre is 2mins walk from hotel and will get you there quicker/cheaper than uber as we found out. Will definitely be back.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and the quality of stay is always high. Friendly, cheerful, helpful staff, rooms a good Novotel standard, pool and gym excellent with new high quality equipment. Highlight is breakfast - ‘we can cook your eggs just as you like them’. A massive positive for us is the car park and the proximity of the tram stop. For some years we stayed in town with all the hassles of finding a car park etc. Give us the tram every time. We will be back!

最高でした。 15時からのチェックインですが、ホテルについたのは9:00。 私たちが日本人だと知ると、「遠いところからご苦労様」と言い、30分時間をくれればチェックインできるようにすると言ってくれ、9:30にチェックインすることが出来ました。 しかも、待っている間に飲むためのカフェラテまで用意してくれました。 最高のホテルでした。また利用します。
