最高でした。 15時からのチェックインですが、ホテルについたのは9:00。 私たちが日本人だと知ると、「遠いところからご苦労様」と言い、30分時間をくれればチェックインできるようにすると言ってくれ、9:30にチェックインすることが出来ました。 しかも、待っている間に飲むためのカフェラテまで用意してくれました。 最高のホテルでした。また利用します。

部屋からトラムと電車が見えることを子供が気に入って、2度目のエディンバラ訪問で2度目の宿泊となりました。 ホテルはとても清潔で従業員の方も皆さん親切で今回もとても快適な滞在となりました。 ちょうどプールの改修中だったのは残念でしたが、子どもたちはホテル内のイベントでマリオとピカチュウの風船を作ってもらい大喜びでした。 立地も良く、エディンバラ中心部までトラムで15分ほどのアクセスです。中心部は駐車場も高いので、車での訪問時におすすめです。
