The hotel overall so far is good its just that the location a little bit far from City Center. The room type have normal & suite room. The suite room definitely better and bigger but the sound proof and the internet speed consider poor. Unfortunately, this trip was failed for the air condition which is has error code and the room too warm and they cannot fix for me immediately. The rest should be fine.

I had my business trip last weekend and worked around this Inanam area, is a well maintain 3-Stars City Hotel around this area. I will definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visiting to KK.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in since they lifted the travel ban during the covid 19 MCO period. Eventhough they need to size down their work force, they picked the right team to stay back to keep the hotel running at its best. My sincere thanks to the management team, who made my stay a truly pleasant one. My up most appreciation to the Operation Manager who make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. She offered to loan me her personal humidifyer in order for me to have a plesent night sleep as I mentioned to her that the room was too dry and my sinus was making me difficult to breathe. I would recommend this hotel to any travellers who need a cosy and clean place to stay with the most attentive team to cater to your needs.

Don't feel like privilege as Accor member. Requested slight early check-in, rejected by front counter staff, insist only can check-in at 14:00, or else pay additional MYR 100. After consulted to senior staff, then only allowed. Secondly, requested early check-out with breakfast take-away, first staff during check-in informed but forgotten, only after second time reminder to night shift staff only able to get during check-out the nest day.
