The front desk staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful all of our stay here. comfortable to stay. a Free shuttle service to go to metro station and palladium mall , very clean hotel, the breakfast, many chosen. and very delicious.

LUNA, TRAKAW, PLOY is perfect for me. They can check in 2 hours before normal check in time. Here has a kindly and friendly employees. Also location is good for me. Many restaurants and activities nearby the hotel. If i come here again I'll stay here again.

Very nice hotel and very nice front desk staff, Excellent vacation, the Check in and check out process was very quick and also, Very nice hotel in quiet area. the sunrise view from the pool on the 10 floor was beautiful. Thanks for all the service.

I had excellent stay experience and good take care with Mercure Makkasan, comfortable room and good service from Front desk team, have a nice Tuktuk service that will take you to the MRT station. Thank you for your welcome for us. we will back soon.

Good and cool hotel near downtown and Rama 9 in Bangkok. The hotel was in a good clean condition. Rooms could have been more spacious, as felt tight. Also the bathroom is not separated, the sink is in the room and toilet and shower are just part of the room but with a door separating them both. Not my style. The breakfast could have been a lot better, hardly any vegetarian options and food was cold too including the hot drinks. But other than that, lovely stay no complaints
