Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of European and Indian food, plus Thai soup. Very impressed with the quality of food and service. The staff and chefs were all wonderful.

Just needs some good renovation

Nicely located hotel, but really old. I really expected better quality rooms. Beds and pillows. People told me the other building is better. I haven't seen those rooms. But looking at rooms and hallways, elevators........ Even the coffee machines in the restaurant. They can make Expresso, but where are the expresso coffee cups. The staff is very friendly and good!! Nice that you have a Tuk Tuk service, but I understand that you only start at 10am as all traffic blocked the Soi. One more thing: you van a very small cardboard with even smaller letters telling that you want to do something for the environment: Towels on the hanger no need to replace. I did hang my towel every day. And everyday replaced. Except the last day.....

This was my first stay at this hotel and it was a great experience. The Executive Lounge was excellent, with delicious drinks and canapés in a quiet and private atmosphere. The staff provided outstanding service, especially Mr. Olaf, the Manager, who was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean, and the complimentary tuk-tuk service to Terminal 21 was very convenient. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely return.

All thanks to Chang that the stay went super smooth, it was really good and he helped us get the car as well as the luggage when it was peak hours and there was no grab available
