The highlight for me on my stay at this hotel was the staff. I would like to give a big shout out and thank you to Mr Tiger, Mr Lipton and Mr Phanam our transportation helpers who guided us safely on our journeys and to Mr Tiger was gave us a generaous discount when we told him how disappointed we were on one of our excursions. Another shout out to Tek and Taeng for their politeness and their promptness in looking after our needs in regards to our personal belongings to taking care of our minor room issues. The recptionists at the desk and breakfast were also just as polite and caring. The hotel is clean and very relaxing. Breakfast buffet was amazing catered for everyones needs.

Very disappointed in this hotel, email communication did not have any effect, they don't care about whether you are a customer of this hotel or not. They only care about which source you purchased the room nights from. The first day I checked in the sink was clogged, I asked for help from room service but got no response, I had to rush to rest due to the long wait. When I checked in again, I was told that the email I had previously communicated with was not valid and that the hotel could not promise me a late checkout. Due to my special itinerary, the hotel promised me that I could check out later before I ordered this hotel, but I remain skeptical both in terms of their professionalism and their attitude towards their customers and will not choose this hotel again!

Pathetic Service Rendered To All Plus Members

My friend booked 4 rooms through his All plus membership We reached at 12 pm. We were told that a room will be available at 2 pm. We then left for the city tour. We came back at 4 we were told that there were no rooms available .We protested then got 2 rooms. The other two rooms we were told the other two will be ready in sometime. We again came 5 pm we were told that there are no rooms available. Then we came at 10 pm after the dinner cruise. We got the rooms then. The next day we asked for a late checkout atleast for 1 room. The manager flatly refused. So effectively we did not even get the rooms for 12 hours. Please don't book this Hotel. Also don't pay money to get Accord All Plus membership to be getting pathetic service like this
