We had a 14day stay at the hotel and had an amazing experience especially the service from Toon, Eye, Nook and May. They had the most amazing smiles as they serve, very good knowledge of the meal options available, always helpful with choosing the meals and ensuring we had the best. They actually went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience, service with a smile at its best. They made the stay feel like home away from home. The staff named ‘Bank’ was quite hard working and he made sure that all problems were cleared immediately and also other services were on point.
