Adagio Access Paris Vanves Porte de Versailles

Terrible experience and Do NOT believe their pictures. Dirty, smelly, careless management and worse reception service. The reception is always chatting with other staff or pretending she/he is busy. The only smiles received you can get is house keeper, reception staff makes sure you get a long face every day, walk out/in from the entrance. This hotel has a long contract with a Chinese telecom equipment company (some Chinese guests during breakfast told me), and this Chinese company contributes many bookings. Assume this is the reason why management and reception are so arrogance and careless, because they are "safe" from guaranteed bookings, what do they care about quality and improving service. As I refer those negative comments posted before, they don't improve at all. Took some pictures while stay, being a Accor member, will definitely send to its headquarter. I don't know why this hotel dares to claim as 3 stars hotel. What a shame. Even 1 point is too much. 非常糟糕的體驗，不建議浪費金錢在這裡，糟糕的前台服務人員，非常噁心的廁所味道，以及不夠確實的清潔服務。

we made a booking in this hotel but because of the strike in France our train is canceled so we asked hotel to help about it.they refused to help and pushed us to come by flight which we could not as my wife was pregnant.we advice not to book this hotel and not support such kind of people with bad character

We stayed at this property for 6 days in December. The city of Paris had its public transport on strike, which made it a little complicated to get to the property. However, the bus lines were working fine and there was a tram line in walking distance, which made it a great deal from the logistics standpoint. We were greeted by the member of staff, who was very kind and welcoming, he did explain us everything about the property as well as gave some tips and offered extra services by the property. To be frank, it would be a strong argument in favour of deciding to stay with Adagio Vanves, as every single member of the staff was outstanding. The room is not exactly huge, however, it contained everything necessary for a stay, inclusive of some kitchen basics. The heating was working just fine, and the bed provided a comfortable stay. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider staying at this property again. The only downside that comes into my mind is that the water heating system is individual to each of the rooms, which is however a norm in a regular residential building in Europe.

This was perfect for our needs, an accessible room with a kitchenete with a balcony on the courtyard. I don't understand others' complaints because our room was clean and ready, yes it was hot in the middle of a heat wave in Paris where air conditionning is not the norm, but a fan was provided and we opened the window to make a breeze. It was very comfortable - The breakfast options were plentiful and varied - The staff we dealt with at the front desk spoke English (not a big deal for me as I am multilingual) - They explained how the cleaning works (like an extended stay hotel in the US) but you can pay to have a different arrangement, which we didn't need. We stayed 6 nights and also used the garage parking for a fee which was very useful and convenient for us- The great thing was there was someone at the front desk 24/7 - they have a lending library with even a scooter , helmet etc etc ...- The price was a good value - We will definately stay here again - great location at the gates of Paris with public transportation close by

I will not be returning to this hotel. In summary :- The room was unbearably hot and you can’t open the window at night as it’s too noisy on the street. Remarkably when I returned to my room after a day out it hadn’t been cleaned nor the towels changed I was told this only gets done once a week on a Friday ! The rooms themselves look like prison cells. On a positive note the staff were helpful, friendly and did speak a English.
