good except a little far from the metro about 1 km and more' cleaning can be better

great for the congress i attended cleaning was poor' last 3-4 days you could see dirt on the carpet from day to day in the same place i stayed 11 nights and got stuck without soap for 2 days - when you come back and just want i good shower to revive you and find out you are out of soap that's very unpleasant in top of that nobody answered at the reception and i had to dress up and go down to ask for soap

Excellent service, renovated rooms with a pleasant and modern look. Spacious and clean ! Fast and pleasant room service and logical pricing for August. Polite and well trained personnel eager to help ! They made our stay in Paris even more pleasant. Definitely recommended!

Room was unkempt Table severely damaged Wall had holes Bathroom floor dirty Bugs smashed on the walls (2 in room 1 in the bathroom) Air condition inoperable - turned out to be a sauna Common area Empty bottles on the ground toppled over from the trash. Throw up on the carpet right outside the elevator.. Breakfast Was included in the price but… Food unbelievably disgusting( eggs not completely cooked, fruit un riped, coffee was like mud coming out the canister, Ill stop here. The middle aged lady at the counter (630am) was very rude and unprofessional. Too far from everything.. The duvet was nice and having paper cups in the room was also nice (covid conscious)

Good for the Expo centre

Stayed for 3nights to attend an exhibition in the Expo centre that is just next-door and which you can get into via gate D (otherwise a 10min walk around the block). It's easy to venture out in the evening for something to eat at the many bistros and bars. Food at the hotel is fine also. Upper rooms have a view at least with the tower sneaking into mine! Helpful staff throughout and a no issues at all to report...

Well here we go the place looks modern and is quite new Basic room with basic amenities Paper cups for a 4 star hotel! The room was better than the last Mercure hotel The bar staff are extremely rude the French rude kind If you don’t speak French look out , your on for a rude ride . The window looks into the hotel atrium so the noise vertebrates and no open sky to look at Bad staff can not go with 4 star
