I apologize for the late note but Mareia was an excellent service. The rooms were nicely kept. My only problem is that someone at room service didn't understand English so they hung up on me. I had to call the front desk to get the order to work out.

very polite but very unhelpful staff, no access to security on site and thieves active inside the premises. Blood stains on my bedding. Charged for 2 people but was travelling alone, worst hotel in Vanves, never again.

You first reported the theft of your glasses, The lglasses were left on a table in the lobby by you and we cannot be held responsible for this oversight because they were no longer there when you returned and nothing was gived to us in reception. You now indicate a problem encountered in the room and nothing had been reported before we are available 24h/24h to solve or change your room. Regarding your invoice you booked online for 2 persons so you were charged for 2 persons. And following your request you have since been refunded a tourist tax on 21 July 2023. A bag of maje clothes that I shopped was stolen from my room. In so many years of staying at hotels, never has anything been stolen. The staff at the reception was rude to me. We had a company event, so booked 5 rooms here. But never again. Beware, don’t stay here please.

Dear guest, We are obliged to respond to your comment that does not reflect the reality of events. You reported a stolen bag containing two dresses in your room. We took control of the situation by trying to determine what happened with the help of our video surveillance. Your husband had left this bag on the desk at the front desk during your check-in. It was therefore stored by our teams and put in safety place. With have 388-room in our hotel, it was only at the time of your report that we were able to determine that this bag belonged to you. Considering how many rooms in the hotel it was run quite well, always have people at the reception desk WAITING and they are always have a problems. Rooms clean and quite, service is not bad. Breakfast is good, but always clearing the table before finished (not sure if that is good or bad) Drinks very expensive and food in the bar poor for area of Paris where there is so much more to offer. (eat out)

great for the congress i attended cleaning was poor' last 3-4 days you could see dirt on the carpet from day to day in the same place i stayed 11 nights and got stuck without soap for 2 days - when you come back and just want i good shower to revive you and find out you are out of soap that's very unpleasant in top of that nobody answered at the reception and i had to dress up and go down to ask for soap
