I am a gold member of the hotel chain ans use the Group all over Europe, this hotel was the worse I have ecautered. I booked for 3 night and the Room was not made or clened for 2 days in the row. Staff helpless - They lazied about at the reception, and have very little care of clients, I have notified that the room was not made twice on separate dasy, but no one cared about it. Staff do not speak English at all. I have included, by mistake breakfast on the departing day, but I left the hotel at 4:00 to the airport, no discount was make or anything was prepared anyway, this is after I mentioned at the night shift staff that I was leaving at 4:00, and he said that a coffe and a small croissant would be available.

The hotel itself is conveniently located near public transportation hubs (metro and tram) and within walking distance of the Paris convention center (10-15 mins). The hotel appears quite modern and clean. The staff I encountered were polite, smiling, helpful and spoke English (very well). My room was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and large enough. The shower and toilet were in separate parts of the room, but they were clean and worked well. The bathroom door was a bit simple, large gaps at the top and bottom. The shower cubicle did the job. The sink is outside of the bathroom. The TV had English speaking channels. The Wifi worked without a hitch. I could hear the neighbors and street at times, but it was faint and not a problem. The breakfast selection was a bit simple, but it was sufficient and good. If I visit again I would rather buy breakfast outside the hotel. There are many restaurants and other options in the area. The local McDonalds is literally next door. A taxi or Uber from the hotel ranges between 55 and 68 Euros respectively. I would stay again, but it may not suit everyone.

OK, for this price you don't get a five star hotel, but for that money, everything was OK. It was a bit outside the city, but the metro station was nearby (5 min walk) and we were quick in the city. Anyway, the center of Paris is quite big, it doesn't really matter where you stay, as you have to take the metro anyway. As we became by car, it was very important that they had a garage (extra charge), what is very rare in Paris region. Parking outside the hotel was difficult, as it was expensive and limited for 5 hours. The staff was friendly and helpful. Some of them didn't speak English, but during daytime, there was always someone, who spoke English. During nighttime it was difficult, as the night clerk didn't speak English. The room was clean, sparely equipped and nothing was broken. The same for the bathroom, we had inside our room. As we had a room on the backside, it was almost quiet. The only thing, we didn't like was the breakfast. It was poor and not so good. But this doesn't prevent us to come again, as the breakfast is not included and additionally charged, so I recommend you not to take the breakfast and go somewhere else. You can find nearby McDonalds or beautiful little cafes, where local people go for their breakfast (if you like French style breakfast).

Ibis budget hotels are what they are. Don’t expect luxury. Just functional and tiny rooms. But clean and good WiFi service, under a low price. This homogeneity is a sign of reliability. No matter where you go. My prior experiences in Paris with affordable hotels were not good. So I decided to try this one at the edge of Vanves, but walking distance to the Latin quarter (and with a metro station anyhow 350 meters from the hotel). It was a quiet area (trains passing by did not bother us). A convenient Macdonalds in the same building as the hotel and supermarkets close by. If 3 persons stay in the room, one must sleep in the bum bed (better if such a person is a kid). The shower, albeit tiny, was quite good. And the price has no match in Paris.

Stayed here 5 nights with friends. First few nights noticed faint bug bites but didn't think much of it. Third morning we saw 4 live bed bugs in our room within half an hour - on my arm, on the wall, in the bed, and on our bags. I was really starting to react badly to the 50+ bites that covered my body from head to toe. Reported it immediately to reception and brought proof of the dead bugs on a bloody tissue. They said they were trained for it and knew how to handle it. I left my French number and asked to be contacted about it during the day, which didn't happen. I had to call myself and pay per minute. They informed me that they couldn't do anything about it until the next day. We go back at night and they put us in another room and had already PUT OUR INFECTED LUGGAGE IN IT, effectively infecting a second room on their own. First sign of incompetence. We ask to be put in yet another room and we take only the bare minimum with us (pyjamas and toiletries which we inspected). We were told that the managers would be there the following morning at 9AM. We arrive at reception and wait on the assistant director Anais to arrive more than an hour later than expected. She tells us our initial room was treated by professionals, but we're preoccupied by our luggage that was in another room. They refuse to cover any costs to get our luggage treated by dry cleaners. The only solution they offered was to wash our pajamas that we had worn that previous night in a supposedly clean room. So don't see the point of that... The only compensation I received to this day from the hotel was the anti-itch cream that I bought at the pharmacy. It's also worth mentioning that through the entire process, none of the staff spoke English and I had to translate everything to my two friends. There was also another disgruntled guest who was walking through the halls asking if someone could speak to Anais for her in French. We were nonetheless reassured that our luggage had indeed been treated. We take our affairs from the second room and sleep again in the third room. We wake up that morning early for the airport and find yet again a live bed bug crawling on the wall. I take my two friends to the metro and come back to deal with the head director Mme Hoellard. The assistant director Anais had made an effort initially to help us, but in fact her superior Mme Hoellard had the final call on everything and would always stop her in her tracks when we called for authorization. The morning of our departure, I brought yet another bloody tissue with a dead bed bug to them. Mme Hoellard said she didn't know what it was, which is a fault of hers rather than an excuse. A hotel director should know what a bed bug looks like... They said it wasn't their first time dealing with them, so this was a lie in any case. Mme Hoellard treated me like a villain instead of a victim. She refused any and all responsibility in the matter. I requested to have a 5 night voucher with the Accor group and she said "That's not possible" which I have a difficult time believing. I don't find it unreasonable to be financially compensated for the itching, anxiety, paranoia, and frustration that I was put through on my vacation. Furious and at my wits end, I go to get my book bag to leave. I inspect it and see a baby bed bug ON MY BAG. I go to reception to show Mme Hoellard and she brushes it off. After 5 nights in this hotel, my two friends and I were never refunded. We left with infected luggage. I paid 60 euros to have it treated professionally. My friend threw all of her best clothes away. I should have done the same. One month later, this afternoon, I found a bed bug on my couch. I've infected my home as well and this nightmare never ends. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. They are clearly incompetent at their jobs and bed bugs are hard to kill, so they will be dealing with this problem on their own for a while. The attractive prices they offer are not worth days of itching and months of lost sleep.
